Chincreek - Floating Pokemon - "This Pokemon is rarely seen in the field. It's fur blends in perfectly with the waves, making it excellent at ambushing opponents."

Oceattus - Tidal Pokemon - The ears are costantly waterlogged, but it makes them impressively keen to the subtlest of movements of any body of water. One could pick up someone stepping in a puddle from miles away!
