Should we have pokemon XD normal and shiny sprites in the pokedex?

I think serebii should add a pokemon XD sprites and shiny sprites to the pokedex instead of just saying if available.He should have pic under the R/S/E/FR/LG/D/P Pics.Do You agree?

Well, that would take an awful lot of effort, taking photos of the TV, uploading them, cutting out each individual pokiemon... It would take over a year, including the shinies...

XD Sprites are meant to be seen on a TV screen, and at a much high resolution than pixelated sprites. To make them visually appealing, they would have to be of a significant size, and to make them as such, would give them a large file size. So that's one reason Serebii wouldn't do it. Other reasons include him not wanting to add anything 'useless' to the pokedexes.

Thanks for missing the point. I'd like to see size comparisons in the pokedex, but despite suggesting it months ago (you know, in the thread where this should have been posted) nothing has happened.

I withdraw reluctantly.
I really would like the Gamecube Sprites because they're interesting and it's like having the GBA sprites. I think it would be a good edition, but it will take some effort.

Besides, there's already tons of other sites with XD pics which you can look at/use.

It's called a ROM dude, that's how people rip images from games, they don't take photographs of their television or gameboy screen. >>

And like Ed said, they're not still sprites, they're animated figures.

Also, it's called a TV card. That's why alot of those things don't look crap.

Actually, I don't recall a working GC emulator yet.

And as appealing as my first point sounds, resizing makes them look like crap. :/

I think it will be cool but it takes a lot of work and time. Why someone doesn't get them somewhere and give them to Serebii if he really like to see them? :D. *don'ttakethisseriously*

I don't agree. It would take a lot of work, and with all the stuff he has to do and stuff here, it would just be a waste. Well thats my opinion. And what's the chance he will get shiny pokemon in XD 100% of the time? It would take forever......and just to fill the dex with shiny models instead of regular models......
