Diljabar hatched this idea, I'm just showing him what it looks like revised. It has a somewhat similar plot, but mostly different. WARNING, if you're an athiest don't yell at me. This has several Biblical references. So don't read it if you're an athiest, or just ignore that part.

Pokegods
Chapter 1-The Meeting of the Legends!

As you must know, Pokemon are magical creatures, capable of using magical attacks and changing shape when experienced to become even larger forms and becoming stronger. There are many legendary Pokemon, chosen to guard over the earth so that it does not go out of control. And of course, there are the highest Pokemon, Ho-oh, Mew, and Rayquaza. But there is another, unexplained group. They are called the Pokegods.

The Pokegods have at once been normal Pokemon. They used to be basic Pokemon, horribly corrupted and made to love killing and such. The legendary Pokemon knew this could not happen, and they started to change the Pokemon so that they would realize that they weren't the almighty lords of the universe and such.

This is their story, and the fates of two young girls delivered into their grasp and taught that Pokegods are not terribly corrupted forms like everyone thought they were...

10,000 Years in the Past: 8,000 BC

A sparkle formed in the air as it took shape, becoming a small pink cat. The cat had no mouth, however, and its arms were short and stubby while its legs were somewhat long. Its tail stretched out behind it with a knobby stub on the end. The form had large blue eyes. It spiraled around and then laughed, forming a pink bubble that it bounced on. It looked at its surroundings, quite unphased that the world was not what it should be.

She was in the cosmos of outer space, where the galaxies and stars were brilliantly shining. The world below her was small, and dust blocked out the sun. She had hated it...hated the flood that had wiped out the population of humans. She hd questioned...why? And she had been given an answer.

Because humans were growing sinful.

And she had learned to live with that. There were few humans on Earth now, and she had sobbed for the human race. She looked around again, and saw that the blue outreaches of space were starting to shimmer. Out of the complete nothingness came a large red pheonix. It's wings glowed a brilliant rainbow, and their main colors were red and green, red at the top and green further down. It had a yellow comb, and a large ripping beak. Its talons were vast, and could tear chunks out of anything living.

<Ho-Oh?> asked Mew, the cat. Ho-oh nodded, and flew without flapping her wings over to her. Her red body touched against Mew's softly as she wrapped her wings around her. <Why is this world so terrible?>

Ho-oh did not answer. Perhaps she didn't know. But after a while she managed to speak one word. <Pokegods.>

<But...they're not corrupted anymore, are they?>

<Wrong, Mew,> the phoenix answered in telepathy. <Some are still terribly corrupted. I hope that we can overpower them.> Ho-oh looked to the stars remembering her terrible fight with the Pokegods, and her exact copy, Flareth.

<I don't want to fight them again!> Mew said, shaking her head at the word want and tears falling from her eyes into the cosmos below. <I never want to see them again.>

<That is why we must banish them.>

<But can't someone else do it?> she asked, looking up to Ho-oh, her blue eyes now overflowing with tears. Ho-oh smiled.

<Oh, Mew. We must make more legends. I don't believe that we are enough, as well as Rayquaza. He believes we should make more too.>

So Rayquaza appeared out of nothing, and the long green serpent nodded. He had interlocking sections of his body, and four long horns on his head in an X shape. His tail was amazingly long, and ended with two spikes. Yellow patterns were drawn on him, and he had two tiny claws. <Yes. It should be done.>

The three thought of their respective elements, and flew down to Earth. Mew looked over Kanto, which had not been destroyed by the flood, and thought very hard. The floating piece of land looked to be in bad shape, but she thought of life. Life everywhere. Instantly more Pokemon started to fill up Kanto. <Legends, come...> she said.

Three lights appeared. A red, a yellow, and a blue light dove into three seperate islands and formed their homes there. Mew flew over, seeing the legends, her children. The red light formed into a yellow bird, looking somewhat like Ho-oh, but with a yellow body and flaming wings. It had fire sprouting from its head and wildly waving around. <Moltres,> she said, smiling with no mouth.

She journeyed to the right island, the smallest that seemed to be a cone. The island had small trees growing around the base. She went into the cone and found there was a large mainland there. Many mountains were around it, and the yellow light became a Pokemon. It was all yellow, and had spiky wings that seemed to crackle with electricity. There was a bit of black in his wings, and his beak was ripping sharp. <Zapdos,> she said.

And finally, the middle island. The strongest light lived there. The middle island was a cone volcano, with trees around it. Mew journeyed into the clouds, and went down inside the cone. Inside was an ice palace, with ice everywhere and ice steps leading up to a shrine. The light became a large ice bird with feathery blue wings and three blue crystals on its head. Its tail was short and stubby. Mew thought this was not an elegant Pokemon, so she decided to enhance one feature of it. Sparkles surrounded the ice bird's tail, and it grew splendourously long. <Articuno,> she told it. Then she left and watched Ho-oh do her part in Johto. She was concentrating on one of the towers, the Tin Tower. Three lights came out of air, and took form.

The red was a large dog. It had white spikes on its back, three pointed triangles. It was a rusty brown color, and had black anklets on its ankles. They shone, and the bottom of his paws were white. He had a yellow triangle shape on his head and nose, and red on his mouth. <Entei,> said Ho-oh.

The yellow was even larger. It was lightning yellow, and had a whitish cloud on its back. It had black patterns on its body, and two very large fangs. It also had a blue V on its forehead. <Raikou,> Ho-oh said. Mew was particularly pleased at this Pokemon.

<Is it male or female?> she asked.

<It is female,> Ho-oh said as the blue took form.

It was the most beautiful one Mew had ever seen. It was crystal blue, and had long purple hair flowing behind it, and white diamonds on its body. It had a large blue outgrowth on its head, and two white tails that looked like ribbons. <Suicune,> Ho-oh named her.

The three dogs raced across Johto, trying to contain their powers.

Rayquaza flew over his spot, Hoenn. Three lights formed. One was brown, one was gray, and one was blue. The brown took form, and became a large pile of rocks. It had yellow dots on its head, and went to hide in a rocky cave in the desert because it felt ashamed and alone. <Regirock,> Rayquaza named him. <You are not alone. Your brother and sister are coming.>

Regirock seemed excited at this news, and was pulled into the air to watch the birth of his siblings. The gray light formed into a metal-based Pokemon. It had black skin in between the "valley" of its face, and red dots were on its head. It had flexible black arms with bendy gray fingers, and was also ashamed. <Registeel,> Rayquaza named him. <You have a brother, and your sister is being formed.> Registeel was as well pulled up into space.

The blue light became a block of ice, having a triangle shaped head and diamond-shaped fingers and arms. It was completely transparent, and had yellow dots on its head. It was as well ashamed, and was pulled into space with its brothers. <Regice,> Rayquaza named it. <You three are now free to communicate with humans and do as you bid.>

The three nodded, and went down to Earth, eager to fit in.

As the years passed, and it slowly became a time when humans were just discovering other continents, Mew, Rayquaza, and Ho-oh met each other again. <They are getting out of hand,> Rayquaza said. He showed the two his part of Hoenn, where the legends were. Regirock, Regice, and Registeel were being shunned by humans, made fun of. People started trying to destroy them.

<What shall we do?> Ho-oh asked. Rayquaza sighed.

<We must, with the help of the Pokemon, seal them away,> he said. So each picked one Pokemon to help seal the Regi's away. And it worked, as they were each sealed into one chamber.

<But the other regions and legends...> Mew said.

Ho-oh sighed. <We must create more guardians to guard these guardians,> she decided. <I am sorry, but we must do it.>

Mew cringed...

Life sucks, man.
I love but check my revision plz. Great use of the Bible. Suggestions: use quotation marks instead of arrows and option-E gives you the é for Pokémon.

Chapter 2-The Three Higher Pokemon!

<We must do it,> Ho-oh said. Mew started crying.

<Why? They're supposed to be good...they're supposed to be...why are they out of control?> Mew asked, looking to the red phoenix as a support.

<Because they sense we are here,> Ho-oh answered. <They sense a higher power, and they want to raise to that level. Like the Pokegods.>

Mew nodded, sad. <All right. I shall make one for Kanto.> She began waving her hands. <Come, guardian of the seas. I shall make a legend, and you shall fulfiill it. Here is the legend that you must live. Disturb not the harmony of fire, ice, and lightning; lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash. Though the water's great guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail. Thus the world shall turn to ash. Oh, chosen one, into thine hands bring together all three; their treasures combined tame the beast of the sea. From the trio of islands, ancient spheres shall you take. For between life and death all the difference you'll make. Climb to the shrine to right what is wrong, and the world shall be healed by the guardian's song.>

A gray light formed, and out of it came a huge white bird, with wings like a bird's and a human's, each feather being like a finger. It had two blue eyepieces, shaped like slanted diamonds. On its back were about ten short blue spikes, dull. It had an amazingly long tail with two blue spikes on the end, and an ocean blue stomach. It splashed out of the water, and smiled at Mew, though she could not be seen. <Thank you, Mew. I shall immediately calm the titans, then seal myself away.>

The bird flapped its immense wings and rose to the skies. It threw back its pointed head, and a blast of music came from it. It calmed Mew's heart, and the titans seemed to immediately stop at that. Mew sang the words in her heart. <Life can be a challenge; life can seem impossible...it's never easy when so much is on for life. But you can make a difference, with courage you can set things right...the gift to dream and make dreams real is yours and mine. The power of one begins with believeing; it starts in the heart and flows to the soul, and changes the world. Imagine how life will be; when we stand in unity. Each of us holds the key to the power of one...>

Lugia dove back into the sea, and hid himself away in the underwater current. The titans flew back to their islands, and fell asleep there, to wake up many years later...

Ho-oh smiled heartwarmingly at her. <Now it is my turn,> she said, and flew over Johto's immense forests and landed in one. A circle appeared, with several markings that Mew and Rayquaza could not understand. <It is the circle of Time,> Ho-oh explained. <From this circle flows the power that binds all time together. I shall make a guardian for this element, as it is one of the most precious.>

<Like peace is most precious to me, and that is why I created..>

<What is its name?> Rayquaza questioned.

<I have no idea. I have not thought of a name yet.>

Rayquaza and Ho-oh conversed, then smiled. <Its name is Lugia,> said Ho-oh. <Because Lugia, to us at least, means 'peace to all living creatures'.>

The circle glowed green, and Ho-oh flapped her wings. <From this circle shall come a guardian for time; a guardian for the very essence of the way that the moon goes around the earth, or the seasons change. The legend for you, oh time keeper, shall be: Do not disturb time, as it is a living essence and can be corrupted if someone disturbs it. It shall collapse in on itself, and bring the world down with it. For time is the most precious thing to me.>

Rayquaza smirked. <I truly liked yours better. It was so much more catchy.>

Mew slapped Rayquaza across the face playfully with one of her small pink paws.

A green aura came from the circle, and formed into a small faerie. It had a head shaped like a turnip, and darker green was on the end of it. It had large blue eyes, and two small antennae that seemed to be forever twitching, sensing what was going on around it. The rest of its body was small, and looked similar to Mew's, except that it had no tail. It had two small faerie wings on its back, and skitted around eagerly saying, "Bi! Bi bi!" with its small mouth. It disappeared, exploring time but making sure not to corrupt it and guarding what would've been corrupted.

Ho-oh rose next to Rayquaza, and smiled. <It is beautiful, is it not?> she asked.

Mew nodded. <Very. What gender?>

<I shall only tell if you tell your legend's gender.>

<Oh. Articuno was female, Moltres was female, and Zapdos was male.>

<Not that, though it is brilliant gender use. Lugia, I mean.>

<Oh! He is male. I felt that since we have been paying more attention to females I should make a male.>

Ho-oh laughed. <You have quite a way with reasons, seeing as you yourself are considered female. And Celebi is female.>

Mew smiled. <Yes. Nice pick.>

Rayquaza thought, then flew over Hoenn. On a remote island, he spread his spiraly body around, and two lights came out; one red, one blue. They floated into the island, and took form. One was a red dragon. Its main body was white, but its stomach was red, and so were its spiky wings. Each was like a triangle, pointed and then at the back were two small spikes. It had two small red claws, each able to retract into its skin so it could swim, as Rayquaza loved to do. It had two long white ears and was constantly alert. Its big blue eyes searched everywhere for its creator. The blue triangle on its stomach started flashing, and the red dragon for the first time rose into the air. Its feathered legs could not supprot it.

The blue took form too, with the same aspects except that it had a red triangle on its stomach and was two human feet larger than the red one. It rose as well and touched its sibling's hand. They looked to Rayquaza. <But what shall we do about the humans? They are sure to capture us.>

So Rayquaza built an alternate dimension, and let the new legends reside in it, away from the humans unless they needed the legends' help. They named themselves, with Rayquaza's permission.

<I am Latias,> said the red dragon.

<I am Latios,> said the blue dragon.

And Rayquaza flew into the heavens once more with Ho-oh and Mew.

<What gender?> Ho-oh asked, for she had become quite accustomed to doing that.

<Latias is female. Latios is male,> Rayquaza answered. <The dimension they are living in is called 'The Secret Garden'.>

Mew smiled again. <Very good, Rayquaza. But I am not sure they shall be able to protect Earth so well.> She was, of course, referring to all the legends.

<We shall wait and see,> Ho-oh said.

14 A.D.

Humans were still waging war on each other. Ho-oh, Mew, and Rayquaza saw to this, and questioned each other. <Maybe it is the Pokegods work,> Mew said sadly. <They always are causing trouble.>

Ho-oh nodded. <Possibly. In which case, we must create more legends.>

Mew shook her head. <NO! At least, not as powerful.>

Ho-oh nodded, and waved her wings. <Come forth, strong ones of Johto.> And nine Pokemon came forth. One was Cyndaquil, a small fire echnida. Its eyes were always closed, and it had fire burning on its back. The next was Quilava, standing upright and able to shoot flames everywhere. The next was Typhlosion, a large dinosaur, with fire around its neck and a bad temper.

The next three were Chikorita, a small green dinosaur with a leaf on its head and green dots around its neck. It stood on all fours. Bayleef was after that, with a larger leaf and larger dots. Meganium was the least, having a large flower on its neck and two large yellow antennae, otherwise not changing.

The last three were of the reptiles. Totodile was a small alligator, having red spikes down its back and small legs. Its teeth were amazingly sharp. The next was Croconaw, bigger with sharper fangs. And the last was Feraligatr, a large alligator with fierce teeth and a long tail that swayed from side to side.

Rayquaza created his next: Torchic, a small chicken with yellow feathers and a yellow feather on its head. Combusken, a bigger chicken with most of its body being yellow and an orange feather on its head. It assumed a fighting stance. Blaziken, the final, looking somewhat like a human with a V on its head and long white hair that went to about its upper legs. Its legs were completely red, made out of fur, and its body was orange.

Mudkip, a water type that looked like a small mudfish. It had a large blue fin on its head and orange patches on its cheeks. Marshtomp, whose former tail had split into two deep blue ones and the fin on its head now only half a fin. And lastly, Swampert, four-legged with two large tails and a nasty attitude.

Treecko, a grass type that resembled a gecko. It had a long green bushy tail and a gecko's face but its head seemed to cave in. The bottom of its mouth was red. Grovyle, a larger green dinosaur with leaves on its arms and legs to blend into the forests. Its stomach was a light pink. And Sceptile, a large green dinosaur with a bushy tail like a tree. It had blades on its arms and looked very wise.

Mew smiled and started hers. Bulbasaur, a small dinosaur that somewhat resembled Treecko. It was on all fours and had a large bulb on its back. Several green spots were located on its body. Ivysaur, who looked like its former stage, just with the bulb starting to open into a beautiful pink flower. Venusaur, who looked like an adult Bulbasaur with an amazing flower.

Charmander, the fire type Pokemon. It resembled a lizard standing upright, with a yellow stomach and a flame on the end of its tail. Charmeleon, a type of chameleon that looked like Charmander with a horn on its head and nasty claws. Charizard, a dragon Pokemon that had an intense flame on its tail and two horns on its head. It had magnifecent blue wings, and was a shade of orange.

Squirtle, a turtle with a brown shell on its back. It could withdraw inside the shell for protection against predators. Wartortle, who had sprouted feathery ears and a long tail for swimming. Blastoise, an amazingly advanced Squirtle with cannons poking out of its shell to blast water.

These nine Pokemon went out and defended Earth, multiplying by breeding and humans capturing them. That's when Latios and Latias started to speak up. <Rayquaza, the humans seem to try to capture us in Pokemon form. We need help, as we cannot defend ourselves.>

Rayquaza nodded, and gave the two an ability to shapeshift into human forms, any that they wanted. They were content with this, and went to live in Altomare, the water metropolis Rayquaza had created them at.

1900 A.D.

And still the humans warred. There was almost nothing the legends could do now exceot create more legends. The humans were now technogically enhanced, and could use the computers to shoot missiles at other countries and regions. Mew cried for them, and all three came up with a plan.

<Come forth, Missingno,> Mew, Rayquaza, and Ho-oh said in unison, waving their arms. A block of black and white appeared, horribly disfigured, and Mew screamed as it seemed to corrupt the world. It went through millions of computers crashing them as if it was its only purpose. Mew spoke out against it.

<There must be something done about Missingno,> she said to Ho-oh in 1920, almost no time to the legends. <It is horribly....> she trailed off, burying her face in Ho-oh's warm feathers.

Ho-oh smiled. She put a wing around Mew. <Oh I know...I didn't mean it to be this way. We must do something. Rayquaza, show us how you formed that alternate dimension.>

Rayquaza did. Mew and Ho-oh did the same, and Missingno was banished to a dimension off the coast of Cinnabar Island. It would forever try to get out, but to no avail. Humans could not access it.

<Thank you, Ho-oh,> Mew said. <That was...amazing.>

<But you did it too, Mew.>

<Oh I did. But I didn't have any heart in it. And you two seemed so confident. Where do you get this confidence?>

<I don't know. I just seem to know that the plans we make will always work,> Rayquaza said.

Mew nodded, and seemed to accept it. <I shall try that. Thank you, Rayquaza.>

1940 A.D.

Rayquaza circled around an island, one called Wave Island. Two armies were fighting, two armies of Pokemon. One called themselves the Reds, and one called themselves the Greens. Rayquaza knew he had to stop this fighting. <I must create a legend to stop this,> he said, and away from Ho-oh and Mew, he created his own.

It was resembling a human, with blue skin and some parts black. It had long ears, and large legs that could kick almost anything down. Its snout was longer than a normal Pokemon's. <Rukario,> he said to it. <Go stop the war.>

Rukario tried. However Ho-oh and Mew saw what he was doing. <How dare you create something against our will! How DARE you!>

Rayquaza hung his head. <The humans were warring.>

<And that's why we were planning a new Pokemon. You are hereby banished to the earth, forever warring with the new Pokemon we were going to create, and your legend shall be banished by a human.> Ho-oh spread her wings, making the decree. Rayquaza fell toward Earth, losing his telepathy ability and moaning. An asteroid blew past him, smashing into an island, and out came a humanoid Pokemon. It was mostly orange, with two DNA helix arms that spiraled around each other. It had machine-like legs, and a face with no mouth and mean eyes.

<Its name is Deoxys,> Ho-oh said to the banished Rayquaza. <And you must forever battle it.>

Rayquaza went to work trying to destroy it. <There are three forms, one for what each one of us represents. SuperDefense for Mew,> the Pokemon changed, having its head become round and its arms become glued together. <SuperSpeed for you, Rayquaza,> and the Pokemon's face stretched and a horn blew past, becoming a large spike on its head. It seemed to look nicer, and its arms became long. <And SuperAttack for me,> and the Pokemon grew tri-horns on its head and long arms. <And normal for all of us,> said Ho-oh.

Rayquaza ran away from the Pokemon...forever....

Rukario wandered around after the war, and a human named Aaron trapped Rukario in a small blue crystal ball, never to come out...

Ok for the first chapter it was pretty cool. Liked how they are creating the other legendarys and havent been into pokemon for a while so I don;t know about other pokegod fics and what not. One thing I noticed is that you give description but not enough. Feel like you could go further into it and make the descriptions more colorful. There very plain and basic.

One thing I ntoice in the first chapter was you said, "and such."
If you don;t know what else to say after say "killin" in one part, just end it. I don't know if thats a spelling/grammer error but it just seems out of place and to broad.

The second chapter was interesting as well. Cool bring more legendarys and Missingno is a nice touch. I liked how you had the Lugia song/poem in there to. Overall its decent start and curious to see where else this will go. Just try and spice up your description.

Thank you, MI! Yes, I also feel I could go more into description. I'm practicing that now. I felt like the "and such" part was nexessary to press the fact that they were doing not just killing but much more on you guys. Anyway, thanks. Next chapter should be up soon. Hopefully.
