Make up a Pokemon-related holiday, traditions, pokes involved, location, you know.

Bell Festival
Location: Everywhere
Riishan bounce across the roads in thousands, migrating from one area to another. Dootakun and Chimecho fill the skies with rings, and the Dootakun bring good harvests.
When: May25th to June 1st
Children run in the streets ringing bells, to appease the bell pokemon.

In some country (havn't thought of one yet) one night every year the people march in the street banging drums and pots and pans together to make as much noise as they can. They have fireworks and then they have a big feast. The point of this holiday is to keep the mischievous away for another year.
