pokemon abilities

now all pokemon have abilities

some pokemon can just have 1 and some have a chance of 1 of 2

most ability options make sence ie sneasels inner focus/ keen eye

but a new pokemon has a strange option (that steel/psychic bell) levitate/heatproof

now these are both good abilities but when it comes to levitate it should be a garunteed ability, mostly because it shows how the pokemon moves around. does this mean heatproofed bell cant move?

well it can still move but it means that it doesn't float high enough or it cant move out of the way
