Rocket Executives - Carl, Sham, Karen, Will vs. The Four Generals - Archer, Arianna, Petrel, Proton
The second match between these two Rocket Lieutenant groups has begun between the Rocket Executives and the Four Generals.

In one corner we have the Rocket Executives who served the Mask of Ice, the leader of Neo Team Rocket. Each of the Rocket Executive members are all talented genius battlers who joined the Masked Man just to have fun. From the ruthless Carl & Sham who mysterious vanished to the powerful Karen & Will who went on to join the Elite Four, they are not to be underestimated.

In the other corner we have the Four Generals who dealt with the traitor of the previous Rocket Lieutenants, the Three Beasts, cementing themselves as the leaders of Team Rocket until Giovanni returns. We have the merciless and powerful Arianna, the crafty master of disguises that is Petrel and Proton who like the games, does nothing and just boasts how strong he is, lead by the ruthless but charismatic Archer.

Rocket Elite Trio - Ken, Al & Harry vs. The Rocket Gym Leaders - Koga, Sabrina & Surge
The third match between these two Rocket Lieutenant groups has begun between the Elite Trio & the Rocket Gym Leaders. Whoever wins this will fight the Rocket Executives in the final round.

In one corner we have of the Rocket Elite Trio, the group of leaders who may not be as strong as other lieutenants but make up for it with loyalty. In the other corner, we have the Rocket Gym Leaders made up of Gym Leaders who were loyal to the charismatic and inspirational Giovanni but have since then moved on, consisting of the poisonous ninja Koga who has moved on to become a member of the Elite Four, the psychic-prowess Sabrina who has moved on to become an actress at Pokestar Studios and the tech-savvy Surge who has moved on to constructing new ships.
