New Ruling on Mega Evolutions
Each team may have 1 mega evolution Pokemon, regardless of tier.
This means the mega mewtwo's can be used.
It should balance out if it is one each.
NO ACCEPTIONS
You build your team on your ds game that suits your style as a Gym leader/Elite 4 (I.e Water Type) and then when we have 12 people ready, we can accept challengers who will battle the gym leaders using friend codes over WiFi connection. Then, if you are beaten as a gym leader, you have to give them a badge, and their name will be recorded. If the challenger loses to a leader, they must wait a certain amount of time before they can re challenge the same leader.
48 hours for a gym leader,
72 hours for an Elite 4 member and
120 hours for the champion.
Once the challengers have beaten all 8 gym leaders, they then take on the elite 4. If they are the first to beat the elite 4, they become champion immediately, but if someone else has beaten them before, they have to beat the champion in order to take their spot. There are Gym leaders of various difficulty and this league can be perfect training before contesting other leagues such as PokeGym or Wifi league.
To prevent counter teaming, challengers must use the same team throughout the whole league. Only one change is allowed to be made ever. Teams must be registered before you start contesting the league.
Upon beating a leader, you will receive their signature Pokemon at level 1 pre-evolved.
Gym badges must be circular.
POKEMON ALLOWED:
Only pokemon from the Smogon OU tier down are allowed to be used or checked by me.(ie. Blaziken can be used as long as he doesn't have the speed boost ability)
Pokemon may not be used if they come from a hacked source.
FROM SEREBII STANDARD RULES:
All moves that increase Evasion only (e.g. Minimize) are banned.
All instant OHKO moves (e.g. Horn Drill) are banned.
You may not use a Pokémon team carrying both Pokémon with the ability Swift Swim and the ability Drizzle.

Sleep Clause
•You can't use sleep inducing moves in opponent's Pokémon when there's another Pokémon in his/her team asleep. Yawn can't be used to PseudoHaze (make opponent switch) when there's another Pokémon asleep caused by you. When the asleep Pokémon awakes or faints, you're free to make another Pokémon of his/her team asleep. Sleeping being caused by Effect Spore or Rest are disconsidered from Sleep Clause.
Species Clause
•You can't use two of the same Pokémon in a team.
Evasion Clause
•You can't use moves that increases your evasion. Avoid the use of Acupressure, it has 1/7 chance to double your evasion.
OHKO Clause
•You are strictly prohibited of using OHKO moves. They are Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure and Sheer Cold.
No Disconnecting
•You can't turn off your DS or move away from signal range to end a battle. People can have weak routers so don't always fight with the people if he/she disconnected. Not exactly a rule, but an ethic sense.
