People can join as trainers, or members of a group/team. you can even make your own team. We also need people to join the Nightmare Circus as the following positions:

strongman (fighting)
magician/mime/clown (psychic)
tightrope/acrobat (flying)
fire breather (fire)
tamer (beast/ canine pokemon)
juggler (round pokemon)
bearded lady (strange looking/ wierd pokemon)
