Pokemon Battle Island

Far out in the northern sea lies an island, un inhabited by people, and surrounded constantly by whirlpools and the skies are full of thunder and lightning with torrential rain, but one day there was an earth quake and the island cracked in two. Immediately the storms settled and the whirlpools eased into calming waves that splashed against the island.
On the island there is a volcano, a huge lake and many rivers, a thick Forest and a large empty field, on this island you can find many Pokemon, Pokemon found on different regions from kanto to Shinou can all be found on this one island.
Over the next 5 years a very rich man found the island and he decides to turn the island into a business, a Pokemon battle tournament shall be held here and it will be the greatest Pokemon tournament of them all.
But as development of the island is complete suddenly mysterious things start happening on the island, people mysteriously disappear and there is a mysterious shadow that can be sometimes seen rushing through the forest of the island.

The man who owns the new facility known as “Battle Island” called Mr Richly has called for 8 trainers to come test the islands facilities and rules.

The rules for the island are clear, only trainers with invitations can compete and catch Pokemon on the island, and only people who buy tickets can come and see the events.
Each of the trainers invited must chose one Pokemon to have with them through out the tournament, any other Pokemon they wish to use they must catch on the island.

Mr richly has also asked these invited trainers to try and find out what the source of the shadow is and where the missing people are disappearing too.

Description: Jamie who is 5''6 is normally seen wearing a short sleeved black top with a sleeveless red jacket over the top, he then has blue baggy jeans with the end folded up but still long enough to go over the tongue of his trainers, tied loosely around his waist so it is very crooked is a black belt with all of his pokeball’s on the lower end and he also wears a red wrist band round each wrist.
His trainers are white with gold markings on the sides, his eyes are dark brown and he has slightly blonde hair that is naturally spiking up.

Personality: Normally kind and gentle he finds it easy to make friends and tries to make friends with everyone, including those he shouldn’t. Even though he is normally kind and gentle he can be distant and silent at times, he also can be very competitive and has a strong determination to achieve what he wants. Has a short temper about things he doesn’t understand such as, animal cruelty and people thinking they have the right to control others.
History: Jamie grew up around Pokemon, his grandparents used to run their own breeding centre, but they then passed it on to Jamie’s parents, it was there that Jamie found a strong love for Pokemon and he desired to have his own one day and to learn as much about them as he could.
As Jamie grew older, his older brothers all left to start there journeys as Pokemon trainers and by the tame came for Jamie to start his journey all of his brothers had gone on to become very powerful gym leaders.

history:Luke got amneisa at 10 years old.His parents left him at their reserch lab when they had to go somewhere.The lab reserchers took care of him,however the lab was eventualy destroyed by a rampaging nidoking.Luke himself recived a serious head concusion that brought his amneisa.Luke refused to go to an orphanage,so he ran off.Only remembering his pokemon and his parents luke will do anything to figure out his past and where his parents went,even if he has to join team rocket.

Personality: She seems cold most of the time but is actually a kind and caring person. She just has trouble expressing her feelings. She also has a temper but it takes a while to burst her bubble. When you do you should run or you'll wake up in a dumpster somewhere. She is also very brave and will try to help people in the most dangerous of times. She isn't afraid to speak her mind especially when she disagrees with someone.

History:Alexa's parents work at a daycare. This is how her love for pokemon first started. She would love to help take care of all the pokemon. She was born with five older siblings. Three brothers and two sisters.

As her brothers grew older they became pokemon trainers. They told her she couldn't become a great trainer because she was a girl. She hated how they would each say that especially when some gymleaders were girls. When she got older she left to become a trainer and prove them wrong.

[and no he isnt goth dispite the fact of all the blackness -.-']He also wears a black belt with strips of black [of course X3] cloth falling from it where he keeps his pokeballs. He is about 6'1 and combined with his other traits he can intimidate many.
Personality: His eyes are the key to Rajion's personality, cold dark and evil. Frow how long he can remember his life was a living hell which caused his personality to change. He has strong will power and alot of energy which he puts into his battles. He loves the strong and dispises the weak making him stive for greatness as the strongest trainer in the wolrd. Unlike others Rajion's knows 3 things that you need to do this, a well balanced team along with patience and planning. The only living beings to see his good side are his pokemon that he treats with respect and kindness. Aside from all that he is also on the search for a soulmate who will be understanding of him though nothing has come up.

10 Years later he traveled around Johto and Hoenn gathering pokemon to try to become the strongest trainer. once he caught wind of the new battle island he quickly deposited all of his pokemon and withdrew the only one he never trained, a new species of dragon type pokemon. With 10 years to grow cold and 'evil' he marched off to try to conquer the island with only his new Fukamaru.

His favorite fourth generation Pokemon were Naetoru, Lucario, Diaruga, Parukia, and Korinkou!! The other Pokemon he wants is a Buosyl, so he can train it, and evolve it into Floatsel!! He always loved Pokemon since he was born 1 second before Ash. The first one he saw was Mr.Mime. But they have been clouded to know what has happened to their father. Has also been looking for the Mew. If someone gets on his nerves, he will battle them and knock the trainer out himself. Never had to fight since 4th grade, and still kicked two boys butts at once too!! The girls Love Devan. They just can't stop starring. But it doesn't bother him. He went out with Hikari, and still does!! He hates when people start talking or even thinking about abandoning and poching Pokemon. His Lv.100 Charmander and he gets angry quickly, and will use full aggression. Pokemon scores when he was 6-9. Devan enjoys talking to Hikari, enjoys his mothers food, hates team rocket, team galaxy, or any team thats bad. He likes to meet up with Ash and have a one-on-one battle!!! Charmander vs. Pikachu!! Get real though. He has a flaw. His flaw just seems to be a little problem. He gets irratated and impatient when people ask him too many questions. He isn't in school anymore and he doesn't want people questioning him like he is. He hates certain bug Pokemon. He hates Venomoth's the most. He attacks them when he see's them because when he was 8 they used sytunspore and sleeppowder on him. So he hopes no one has a Venomoth.

Accepted but only after you edit your personality and description, you cant be perfect in everyway, you can make your character be a bit of a ladies man if you want, but he needs to have some flaws.

Personality: Diablo acts like Ash's Sceptile.He's all quiet and sort of a jerk sometimes.Diablo's shy when he meats people new to him.He acts like he's more surpirior than others.He does'nt always treat people with respect like he should.(This will change as the RPG folds and we start to bond and stuff.)Though he treats his pokemon with lots of respect.

History: Diablo was born in the Fiorre region.(The region of the Pokemon/DS game Pokemon Ranger.)He was all nice and stuff for along time.He received his starter (Nidoran Male which evolved to it's last form, Nidoking.) from his Father.As he grew over the years he changed from being all nice and stuff to rude and quiet.Unlike most RPGer's historys Diablo abbanded his parents.He was a drifter, challanging onley the most powerful trainers and their pokemon.And Diablo won most of the battles.Once he got word of Battle Island, he ...went there!

Name: Kai Atarashi
Age: 16
Gender: Male

Description: Kai stands at about 5'8'', among average for his age, with a lean figure, not very noticeable in a moving torrent of people. His hair was recently dyed a dirty blond with stripes of hazel running from the bangs to the roots, done so because the former obsidian was another similarity to his father he did not want. His bangs are parted in the favor of his left side, so the obscuration of his sharp, azure eyes are lessened to a minimum (though not completely avoided.) He wears a pure black shirt with an indigo stripe running across his chest, the ends tucked into his faded jeans. A comfortable ivory vest is thrown on his back, the sleeves of his shirt underneath slipping from the shoulders. For fashion rather than practical reasons, Kai likes to wear a cerulean belt and a pair of black gloves, the top ends of each finger socket cut off.

Personality: Kai's character is complicated, though best described as easily misunderstood. His manner of speech is sarcastic and sometimes plainly cold, not frightened of being hated for the truth. He does this for two main reasons; the different reactions he receives are amusing or otherwise interesting and he believes that if someone can see past (or persist against his) insults that they are bound to be a good person (or a jolly idiot, both he can tolerate.) In a way, his first impressions are a filter of sorts. The few people who see past his exterior find a boy who although has fine intentions and a warm heart, doesn't want to do it for the wrong person and doesn't want a person whose done something wrong to help him. Since he grew up rejecting his father's help, he became self-dependent and since after his parents' divorce, Kai's shielded his emotions. After all, he doesn't want to reveal such manipulative information to just anyone.

History: Kai was born into a family some would envy for. Some without perspective.
Son of a CEO giant and a popular singer, he had a luxurious life. Relished with the latest technology (xD The wheel), most popular clothing, exquisite dinning, and overall overzealous living condition. He even had a vast amount of media attention as a toddler while he was learning his first words that teenagers, even adults far older, would dream to be the center of. At the beginning of his life, he would admit that he loved it; being spoiled and allowed to act like a brat.

But his opinion changed as his parents began to fight each other constantly, arguing in front of Kai when he was ten and sometimes outright ignoring his needs. It led to a devastating divorce, where he watched, shocked, as his parents argued who would keep Kai, both wanting the other to keep him. It started out calmly, but it ended up as a heated battle of increasing volume. After that event, his positive opinions of his parents and everything they represented rolled over and dyed in his mind while he was laying in bed, restless from the memory. Life continued on, but Kai changed drastically. He tried to become a normal child by changing his living style and personal possessions. Instead of thousand dollar silk, he settled for grunge jeans. This also pushed him to switch his hobbies to Pokemon training. His father disapproved and threatened for Kai to change his behavior (“outrageous rebellion” as his father put it), but Kai held fast to his resolve. The only thing that kept him from being disowned was that fact that it would reflect badly on his father's ability of parenting and thus hurt his reputation.

Personality: Impulse is just as his name says, impulsive. He acts upon the first idea in his head, which has led Kai to much trouble, and wears down people’s patience, especially his trainers. However, the mouse is also quite friendly and active, complete contrast to Kai’s rather cold exterior, and sometimes even breaks through Kai’s hard expression with his idiotic antics. He’s the type of Pokemon who likes to see people smile, especially if attention is brought to him while doing it. Impulse is nothing short of an incredibly fitting name for such an active and silly Pokemon.

… I cant see much of a difference, the link you gave for description is of a azurill icon :S and I said I didn’t want you being ash’s twin and you still say you are and also no going out with hikari shes only like a couple of years younger than ash so if you’re his younger brother in it you have to be at least 13 years younger than ash and that means 10 years younger than history, I also still cant see anything bad about your character no one is perfect. So please edit that and I will accept you officially.

Appaerence: Diablo has short, dark brown hair that spicks up a little in the front.He has diamond blue eyes, and sparkling white teeth.He weres a pitch black T-shirt with a grim looking dark, cracked skull with spicks coming out of the top.(He's not goth.)He weres a dark blue button-up shirt over it.(It's always open.)He were's dark blue jeans as well.He weres white socks and black shoes with an ordinary pokeball on the sides but instaed of red the pokeball's top is the same shade of blue as his button up shirt.Dark blue.When he gets mad, Diablo's eyes turn a blood red color.

History: Diablo was born in the Fiorre region.(The region of the Pokemon/DS game Pokemon Ranger.)He was all nice and stuff for along time.He received his starter (Nidoran Male which evolved to it's last form, Nidoking.) from his Father.As he grew over the years he changed from being all nice and stuff to rude and quiet.Unlike most RPGer's historys Diablo abbanded his parents.He was a drifter, challanging onley the most powerful trainers and their pokemon.And Diablo won most of the battles.Once he got word of Battle Island, he ...went there!

Description: Kai stands at about 5'8'', among average for his age, with a lean figure, not very noticeable in a moving torrent of people. His hair was recently dyed a dirty blond with stripes of hazel running from the bangs to the roots, done so because the former obsidian was another similarity to his father he did not want. His bangs are parted in the favor of his left side, so the obscuration of his sharp, azure eyes are lessened to a minimum (though not completely avoided.) He wears a pure black shirt with an indigo stripe running across his chest, the ends tucked into his faded jeans. A comfortable ivory vest is thrown on his back, the sleeves of his shirt underneath slipping from the shoulders. For fashion rather than practical reasons, Kai likes to wear a cerulean belt and a pair of black gloves, the top ends of each finger socket cut off.

Personality: Kai's character is complicated, though best described as easily misunderstood. His manner of speech is sarcastic and sometimes plainly cold, not frightened of being hated for the truth. He does this for two main reasons; the different reactions he receives are amusing or otherwise interesting and he believes that if someone can see past (or persist against his) insults that they are bound to be a good person (or a jolly idiot, both he can tolerate.)
