Tch, idiots. Why not name it, "Pokemon ItsAllDownhillFromHere!"?

*Shoots Golde in the head with a cross bow* The Wii is a brilliant name, compared to the other new conoles (PS3, origional. X Box 360, looks like someone forgot how to count...). Game check and match (or summin like that). But I do think that Battle Revolution is either a Beta name, or thats its real name (I'm pretty sure that they reveal PBR after they revealed the Wii's name though.).

I think it will remain as it is, since as mentioned above, the title was announced way after the Wii's name was. Also, Revolution I presume is referring to the revolutionised Pokémon battling, not the name of the console which it is for.

Wii is a fantastic name, and I feel sorry for those who disagree as they will be missing out on something spectacular.

Besides, the name "Pokémon Battle Revolution" was revealed after the Wii's name change, so Nintendo would have changed it then if they were gonna.

I think that they are going to call it something entirely different, and they are just calling PBR as a code-name, but no, i do not think that it will be called Pokemon Battle Wii...I think that they came up for Pokemon Battle Revolution, when it was going to be called the revolution, and since they are not going to call it PBR at the end anyway, why make a name for it that will just be changed anyway?

This is just completely my opinion by the way...

I like Wii, I was like 'OMG THOSE MORONS WERE THEY DRUNK' when I first saw it, but it is short, snappy, and original. Besides, its meaning truly is superb ^^

Um, you do know that it's been said that the name will not change to Pokemon Battle Wii as the Revolution part has nothing to do with the console.

Anyway, I think they'll change it to something else anyway. Pokemon Battle Revolution just sounds a bit too like a Japanese name to me. It's like Super Smash Bros. Brawl in Japan is called “Nintendo All-Star Smash Battle Deluxe X” or something ridiculous like that.

The first one is called Nintendo All-Star Dairantou Smash Brothers, Melee is called Dairantou Smash Brothers DX, and Brawl is called Dairantou Smash Brothers X.

The same that everyone says, they revealed the game's name after the console's one. But I doubt it will be the final name, at least not for America.

The lack of a period at the end of the sentence it was in for some reason made me think it wasn't sarcasm. Also, I'm more used to more obvious sarcasm.
