The second is noting down any references to the past generations. They will both be updated whenever a new reference appears in the saga.

Feel free to let me know if anything is missing.

Wasn't there a thread about this awhile back??

Only thing I can say of that is I'm pretty sure that is something the ENG dub may have invented.

Tracey/Kenji has never been mentioned in the original Japanese dub, don't know if you wish to annotate that.

Yes and I believe Haunter made that one as well.

Yeah, I spoke to Sushi and thought it would be good if an actual planned one was made this time.

Nope, Tracey was mentioned in the original too. It's why Oak turned around to call for somebody before the power was cut on the phone call. Thanks anyway.

Haha, thank you for officialising this thread! Generally I dont agree that these are valid just because I see how little shrift the writers ever give to continuity, but Ill allow you these :)

Doesnt this one though:

push the boat out a bit? Does that have to be a past reference?

False, I dont watch the dubs at all, I only watch the subbed episodes and Oak clearly states that Kenji wanted to give Satoshi advice for the gym, go watch the episode again, I believe it was in the gym episode atleast, I didn't check the number Haunter posted before making my post.

Guess who's back
Does Trip saying "the boonies" count as a Kanto reference? cause if it does i've got about 100.

I suppose, what kind of shrifts were you thinking?

Personally i though this one makes a lot of sense. Without Ash and Pikachu meeting in EP001, BW001's events would cease to exist.

It's in BW049, the first Subway episode.

Not sure if that counts since Pallet was shown in BW 1 but maybe it does.

Im still undecisive about this, but i might make an 'others' list instead of things that happen in one single episode, mainly because Pallet Town is mentioned quite frequent and Pikachu appears in every episode, Meowth appears every so often too.

Eh we don't know for definete if they will appear yet although i will add it if it happens.

Also in Episode 1, Ash's Frontier Symbols are on his bureau.

I wish this was true, but unfortunately no the Frontier Symbols were not in his bedroom in BW001.
