So apparently the Poketech is back. You can see it on the characters. or maybe its a device like the Poketech. Similar to different Pokedexs of each region.

The first two attacks revealed look promising. Trickery might have infinite uses if it ends up being learnable by loads of Pokémon. And Claw Sharpen, awwwh...finally an attack that raises accuracy (other than the Acupressure sh!t).

I'm SO looking forward to this games.

Please stop saying such things. You love them and you know it. In about a week you'll change your mind. I like these starters better than the last generation, well as far as first stages. I need to see their final evo.

okay, first off, you know everyone's going to do this, so why bother? I personally, hated the Gen IV starters, except for the actual starters. the evos all sucked, IMO. see, im not saying i can do better, im saying i dont like them. Theres a diffrence between trolling and saying your opinion. as of RIGHT NOW, i'm saying that the fire and the grass one look pretty cool, which makes me think the final evo of the water will be BA and destroy everything. see, thats MY OPINION based off the current facts.

isk if the region isshue is the floating island but if its far away then i geus it wont conect to any other region wat a dissapointment for me im starting with the grass starter the water otter thingy is creepy! hope that the gym leaders and elite 4 are better

They've never used the same... App thing... twice, so it's probably something different that just looks similar. But who knows.

I'm curious as to why GameFreak made the choice to make the heroes older than the target age group....I'm not complaining, I do like it, but I wonder why they decided to age the heroes. Maybe because a ten year old kid wouldn't normally be roaming through caves and fighting crime...no offense to any ten year old kids who DO do that but you see my point?

I think they might have tapped in to a new demographic with heart gold and soul silver, and thought that they might be able to retain the older players by making the main character there age. I can't imagine a kid being disappointed if they made the character older, but I can imagine an older teenager being disappointed having to play the game as a 10 year old.
That, or they could be having a more serious storyline, but I doubt that.

I just want the grass to become half flying for a change!

I am so choosing that one as my starter.

The fire will be my next go round and the water gets last restart. Sorry..

I think the fire will remain pure fire but I think the water will become half ice for some reason.

I am also so glad that the characters are not teens and not 10 years old! Took long enough! Still would be nice to customize but it is a step in the right direction.

The new moves sound pretty cool. Raising accuracy and attack would be great for low accuracy physical moves such as DynamicPunch or PowerWhip [85% isn't that low but after one use of that move it would be pretty accurate]..

The transforming ability by Zorark or whatever its name is seems kinda complicated but hopefully it is a good ability.

Can't wait for more info! I love people who leak stuff!

What is on their arms though? It looks like a blend of a micro chip and a poketch. Maybe there are poketchs from a different company(or a branch from the jubilife company).

In this screenshot, does anyone else notice that the fire starter's back leg is a bit different? Not only does it look like it's coming more from the mid-back then it is from the right, but it's also missing the black part of it's feet that it has on the two front feet. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but it does look awkward (and yes, I do realize if that there's a fourth leg it would be behind it's body, but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about how the leg looks like it's coming from the middle of his butt).

-There's two things in this image that are getting to me, and that's the two random red character/sprites in the images. On one of them it looks kind of like a slugma, and the other one a magmar (again, might be me and my wild imagination ). If those are pokemon, it does show potential that we can have partner pokemon, does it not?

-The railroad tracks that the girl protagonist is running on I'm guessing are either...
A) Not working, or
B) working (and the female protagonist would like to kill herself)

They show potential that they can be used like the magnet train, except possibly more old-fashioned. Either that or they're just there for decoration (which is much more likely)

-On the bottom left photo with the guy protagonist, what is that thing behind him? It looks like a mud-slide like thing (could this possibly be a new HM-necessary area? Maybe similar to rock-climb except that you don't need to use it to go down; only up?)

All-in-all though, everything is very exciting! I'm still un-decisive about the evolutions, although it seems grass will be my first choice, followed by fire then water !

The grass starter had HIGH potential! A flying bird that could turn into a dragon... -sigh- the possibilities. The actual starter looks somewhat... too ... smug... and treeko ish.. and the fact that they call it a grass SNAKE confuses me even more.

For the pig, I always knew it would have no fire on it and that it would be simple. Generally, "starter-ish". -applause-

As for th little water starter, I can honestly say I stayed in aww fore about 3 minutes... It looked HORRIBLE at first. But now its growing on me so much! It will DEFINATLY be my starter, if I am only able to pick one (I might buy both games so i can get all 3).

Overall, They look more wierder than i expected but hopefully they WILL grow on me. I cant WAIT to see their evos and mroe about the region!

Wow the starters are Awesome! Im probably gonna start with the grass one, And then breed it and trade for others on the GTS (if they have it).

The protagonists are pretty cool too, and I'm probably gonna have a hard time picking which one I want.

I can't believe it, this will be the first time I don't play as a girl, mainly because she's wearing underpants and nothing else. I mean, some of those other female characters had questionable outfits, but, come on, those aren't even shorts anymore, they're too small to be considered such a thing, they're underwear!

Also, not impressed with the designs of the starters for the most part, mainly because my earlier design fear has come back to haunt me. I hope their evolutions get a bit better structure in them... although Pokemon like Zoruak still give me some hope.

Like the fire starter though out of them all the best so far, I wonder what dual type it's evolution will get? I'm betting it will either be ground or steel.

It would appear that her "shorts" resemble some sort of New Pokemon. Anyone else see that?
