Pokemon Box Q's

I had some things that i needed clarified for Pokemon Box.

1) Do all 1499 pokemon have to be the same ID? Or just from the same cart? If I have 90 pokemon with Trevor's ID00001 from Trevor's game, then I place in 10 more with Trevor's ID00001 from Max's Game, do I get my zigzagoon? Do I have to put in 1 more from Trevor so that it recognizes the game? Or, do I have to put in 10 more from Trevor, regardless of Trainer ID?

2) Assuming I need ID00001 on all 1499 pokemon, regardless of actual game, can I potentially clear out box onto my other games, then restart and refill for another pichu?

3) I'm a little over the 1/2 way point now, at 850+ pokemon, has anybody actually gotten all 1499, and thus a surfing Pichu, yet? Thank you.

1. Just from the same cart. All Pokemon must have been transferred from the same game in order to get your special Pokemon. If you have different games you're using, you can also transfer all of your Pokemon to one cart, then back to Box. Then Box will recognize them as all being from the same cart and you'll get your Zigzagoon/Pichu/whatever.

2. You can do this easily since it's not based on ID but on the cart.

3. Not yet, but I haven't really been working on it (my new DS and old-but-new-to-me N64 have taken my interest).

so, if i trade the boxes from firered to BOX, save, then to Ruby, save, and back, that counts as having 100+ pokemon from firered and Ruby?

yes, i did it myself, for pichu, but you have to have a total of 1499 on box, not just same pokes traded back and forth, if you have two memory cards you can get 1499, and withdraw then drop onto other card nd itll count them as from that cart
