Pokemon Box question (Not about buying it =O!)

I'm thinking of purchasing a Japanese Pokemon Box with the Special Memory Card and a Freeloader (a device that lets you play imported games). I just have a question about it. Should I be able to transfer my Pokemon on Japanese Box without a problem? I don't want to waste my money on something that might possibly not work/not work right...

I have an offical GBA GC cable thingamabob and I know how to use it so mention of that. I'll be fine with all the Japanese in it because I can read some. PLEASE only post wether you think it will work or not.

I read on the main site that you can in the 3rd gen games =X

There was even a picture of American Pokemon in a Japanese game on the main website.

Well I have to use a Freeloader so I don't know if it will have any freaky reactions. I also like to get peoples opinions on stuff first.

I just really don't want my Ruby to blow up. Well hm...actually I really don't care if my Ruby blows up <_<; just my others. I just seriously need a good way to store all my Pokemon (i dont care about the eggs).
Don't worry the place where I saw this - they are like totally reliable I have bought a ton of Japanese games and accessiores from them and they are all 100% real =D *is angry Lucario DS straps are out of stock*

When I find out or get enough "Sure I think it'll work"s. I haven't bought it yet because my mom wants me to slow down on buying stuff on the internet. I suddenly got in an "ZOMG IMPULSE BUYBUBYBHYCJHXGBJDBGF" mode for the last 4 days. =/

Uh...I didn't say I bought it yet. I said I was planning to but I wasn't sure if it would of worked =/
