Pokemon Box Questions

I have a couple of questions about Pokemon Box.
1)How much memory card blocks does this game take?
2)Is there anything else you can do on it apart from play R/S on a big screen and store tons of Pokemon?

It takes up 59 blocks, but when purchased new, it comes with a memory card 59, half colored ruby, half sapphire.

There's one other mode, where you can make a display with different pokemon sprites/pictures... nothing spectacular.

Theres not much you can do in Box. I got it thinking you could do so much more but I was wrong.

Pokemon Box is no longer available from the Pokemon online store. The only place you seem to be able to get it anymore is from eBay. Copies are going for $50 or so. I saw a couple that went for over $80 (they were selling for $60 on an average when you could still get it from the pokemon store.

Personally I love it. If you have 2 or more carts and trade back and forth it is a must. Right now on Emerald I am working on completing my National Dex. I breed & hatch the pokemon on Emerald then transfer them to box then to FR.

Question: I have completely filled pokemon box and there was no egg given by the lady do I need to fill the box from one game(i.e. Ruby) or many games?

All of the Pokemon need to be from the same cart in order to get the Pichu with Surf. That doesn't mean they all have to have the same ID number, but you just need to transfer them all over from the same game.

Basically, just move them all to your one game, and then back onto Box (this will probably take a few trips). You'll get your Pichu Egg.

Emerald Compatibility

When I try to transfer between box and emerald, it brings up the message:

You must first acquire the Pokedex (Ruby/sapphire) or fix the net machine (FR/LG)

What do you have to do in Emerald to make it compatible with box?

ok because i have run out of pokeballs to get weak pokemon with to fill up the box im geting eggs but what i wanted to know if you can use eggs to fill up the box to get pichu?

Yes, you can, since they are counted as Pokémon, well, almost Pokémon.

In emerald you have to acquire least hundred pokemon in your pokedex.

Do the hatched Pokemon have any moves of interest other than the Special Moves, like False Swipe Swablu.

No. And by the way, if you have more than one cart, then you can get eggs equal to how many carts you have. Just do the thing TRJessie579 said, trade all of them to one game and then back. That way it is easily possible to get more than one Surfing Pichu. I think it works if you start your game again, but I'm not sure if it goes by what the ID of the last save file the Pokemon was on of the serial number of the cart itself.

Yes, but you won't be able to store more Pokémon.
