There is one catch with transfers, the games ALWAYS resets your moves with moves from the evolutions list inside the receiving game. And BDSP has one of the most limited move list because moves are sold as breakable TR's.
Even Surf one of the best water moves, is now impossibly rare because of random Hiker seller places underground and finding what they want.
