RP Tread: Coming Soon

The annual Gym Leader Conference, when Gym leaders from all over the Pokemon World gather together to discuss and bond over all things Pokemon Gym. It's several days full of panels, demonstrations, and of course shopping. At the end of the second day, you return to your Inn for some much needed rest. However, after dinner, Ryuki (25, M), the want-to-be punk Dragon type Gym Leader, is found dead in his room.

Everyone is gathered frantically into the parlor, and Officer Jenny soon arrives, followed by the Inn's Security Guard who was late that evening due to taking his Machamp in for a routine check-up, then getting caught in traffic downtown, on the way from the Pokemon Center to work. He assists Officer Jenny with a review of the Inn's outside security footage, which reveals that no one entered or exited the Inn between the time you all arrived back there and Officer Jenny's arrival. The interior security cameras however, seem to have been suspiciously offline for the entire time. The implications are obvious, the killer is still in the building!

Officer Jenny has called for back-up, but the precinct has been swamped lately and she just got word of a multi-vehicle accident downtown, so there's no telling when other officers will arrive. So, since Officer Jenny doesn't have the resources to arrest everyone, the Inn's Security Guard and his Machamp will guard the exits while she conducts her investigation, to make sure no one leaves until the killer is uncovered and arrested. Jenny will be inspecting each room and questioning every individual with the aid of her pokemon, however many of you likely wish to conduct your own parallel investigations.

The layout of the Inn is simple, there are several guest rooms on the second story. As well as a lobby (with main entrance), parlor, dinning room, and kitchen (with a secondary entrance) on the ground floor. You will be able to move freely between these rooms, barring Ryuki's room, whichever one Officer Jenny is occupying (unless she is questioning you), and any room other players have locked themselves in. However you will not be able to leave the building or contact the outside world (please assume Officer Jenny's Manectric will use it's electrical powers to jam any electronic signals) to prevent the killer's escape, or interfering with the investigation.

At the start of the game, the Game Master (that's me, VampirateMace) will select a character to be the guilty party and contact them via SPPF PM or Discord DM, and work out a few final details with them. It is considered not in their interest to share this with anyone else, but anyone can say anything, including those who are not the killer. Therefore if you get a PM/VM/DM/etc from someone claiming that they are or aren't the killer, I suggest you take it with a large pinch of salt. After all, in a real investigation, you wouldn't necessarily know who is lying and why.

And now what you all want to know. . .

HOW TO WIN:
This is based on Clue after all.

As you RP, you will collect information on your fellow Gym Leaders, share suspicions, and uncover clues about the murder. So, if you are not the killer, once you think you know who killed Ryuki and how, find Officer Jenny and let her know. But Bewear! If you're wrong about either part, Officer Jenny will have you locked in your room for interfering with the investigation. - You can escape and continue playing, but you'll no longer be able to approach Officer Jenny openly, and therefore cannot win yourself, only help others.

The killer themselves will win if they manage to throw everyone off their tracks, by creating the perception of convincing cases against other players. The killer is the only one who can still win after approaching Officer Jenny with a incorrect accusation (which they have the option of doing 'to try and cover their tracks'), but just like non-killer chars they will be locked in their room for doing so, and barred from approaching her again.

Since Officer Jenny will need to use evidence to deduce incorrect accusation are wrong, they may clear certain players of being the killer, or rule out certain causes of death. This will make the game easier for the remaining eligible winners.

And one last twist. While unlikely, there will also be a chance the old Innkeeper or the Maid did it. You may accuse them just as you do player characters, but if you're wrong the results will be just the same as if your wrong about a player character.

WIP:

Name: ALF

Age: 19

Gender: Female, Pansexual

Appearance:
TN8uro9.png

Most people would agree that there's something slightly... off about ALF. When you look at her, there's a sense that her features are just a tiny bit mismatched, that her body is a bit too angular or round in the wrong places, that there's generally something that's not right about her - even though, objectively, it’s actually quite normal, perhaps even on the more attractive side. If you were to measure each and every proportion of her body and face you would find nothing out of the ordinary. But still, that sense that she looks eerily unnatural persists. ALF’s eyes a piercing, crimson red color, and have an oddly alluring, mischievously dangerous light to them. Combined with her unnaturally pale skin, slightly gaunt build, and her tendency to go around with a sinister childish grin on her face, she has the tendency to unnerve anyone in her vicinity except those who have gotten used to her. Her skin is oddly cold to touch. Some swear she has a subtle, ghostly, mist-like aura hanging around her at times.

ALF has never cared much about her appearance, and it shows. She has a tendency to wear the same clothes for days at a time, as she doesn’t sweat much despite her tendency to bounce around like a caffeinated ball of… something. Her hair is very long, and a jet black colour. It tends to get tangled and stick up in spikes all over the place, with one peculiar strand or two arcing away from the others. Her wardrobe has little to no variety, to the point where most people probably wouldn’t realise if she went back to her room and changed out every garment she wore. Her preferred getup is a loose, grey v-neck t-shirt, over which she wears a similarly loose grey windbreaker with red highlights and a stylised, grinning mouth with spiky teeth draw onto it on the left side. Her pants are baggy and have the same kind of texture. Wherever she goes, she always has a pair of hexagonal, red headphones either looped around her neck or worn properly over her ears.

Personality: ALF is a bit like a child out of some sort of fantasy horror. She’s always happy, always smiling and a bit too full of energy, but in a way that seems almost sinister. She doesn’t mean it, but for some reason her presence itself has the capability to make people uncomfortable and almost creeped out. Although she is aware that she has this effect on others, it doesn’t seem to affect her much as you’d think it might. She seems to find everything amusing or funny, and is prone to burst into giggling fits for no apparent reason and occasionally in inappropriate circumstances. She’s very childish and takes nothing seriously, like life itself is a sort of game for her. She’s also prone to gesticulating wildly, talking really fast, and using lots of exclamation marks. Her upbeat-ness had originally started out as an act, but by now it’s almost become second nature to her. This odd combination of a cheerful, generally likeable personality with a sinister aura means that while nobody is really willing to stay around her for long, most people learn to tolerate her presence, and even grow to like her a little despite it.

ALF herself seems to have the ability to instantly grow to like anyone and everyone, no matter who they are. It’d be incorrect to say that she’s good at seeing the good in people - it’s more like she’s capable of casually accepting the ‘bad’ in people like it doesn’t matter. She’s usually the first to approach someone in any situation, and delights in meeting new people and new friends (she seems to think of everyone as a friend despite the fact that she doesn’t actually have any). She also has no sense of personal space, and has the habit of randomly giving people hugs - to varying sorts of reactions. Since her skin is unusually cold, most people freak out, but she seems to find this amusing - just like she seems to find everything amusing.

While her normal, Genki-girl sort of personality serves to offset some of her inexplicable creepiness, it's hard to say that she doesn't have a sinister side to her personality. For one, she has always been very morbid, and takes a sort of delight in death and dead things - while she doesn't kill anything and may even try to save a person or Pokemon who's in danger, she isn't above watching the end of a life with a rapt fascination when there's nothing she can do. Dead things don't scare her, and she's perfectly comfortable around carcasses and skeletons, as well as ghost-types. She often claims that she can see and talk to ghosts - honest to goodness ghosts, the kind left behind by people and Pokemon who have passed on irreversibly, not just ghost-type Pokemon.

History:
Rumour has it that ALF wasn’t born a normal child. Her father was the leader of the local ghost-type gym, and her mother a researcher of some of the more mystical Pokemon. When she was first born and people laid eyes on her unnaturally pale complexion and blood red eyes, rumours instantly started spreading. The most popular was that the couple had infused their daughter’s soul with that of one of their Pokemon, in hopes of creating a human with Pokemon powers. This theory had little ground in reality, but nobody could quite prove it false, and the strange sense of fear people felt around her only served to fuel that flame. Ever since she was little, other children would be told to stay away from her, on the grounds that she was some sort of demon. After all, people feared things they did not understand. From a early age, ALF forced herself into a cheerful persona in order to cope with being alone and shunned all the time, and eventually it became second nature to her.

There was only another child who did not seem to be afraid of her. He would later grow to become the dragon type gym leader, Ryuki. His family was a friend of ALF’s, and he acted like a big brother to her through her childhood years. Despite having the reputation of an arrogant bastard, Ryuki end oddly kind to ALF, and she grew to like him. Even though her father disapproved of the relationship, he didn’t want to have ALF grow up totally alone, so he condoned it. They remained half-friend, half-family for a long time, until she was around ten.

It was then that ALF first started seeing ghosts, just as her father had when he was her age. She saw them everywhere, but whenever she spoke to Ryuki, odd silhouettes would congregate around him, chanting in strange, hateful voices. Begged by the ghosts, she secretly followed Ryuki on one of his common trips to the wood near her home, where she found that he had been ruthlessly killing wild Pokemon in order to train his own Dragon types. In a chorus of indistinct voices, the ghosts told her that he had been doing so for years now, and begged her to do something about it. Surprised and hurt but still attached the the one person who had shown her kindness (besides her parents), she decided not to report his actions, and instead try to talk him out of it.

The next day, she took a camera with her and slipped into the woods after her surrogate brother. She took pictures of some of the dead bodies that had yet to be consumed by the forest's predators, and from a hiding place captured Ryuki's training regimen on tape, including his ordering his Hydreigon to rip off the arm of the Zangoose he had ambushed. She gave the camera to her Mismagius, then attacked Ryuki himself with her Spiritomb, giving the Zangoose time to escape. She then stepped out of her hiding place and informed the trainer that she had video proof of his Pokemon massacres - an act that would destroy his reputation and was probably illegal.

Obviously, Ryuki was not quite happy about this - but more than that, he was scared that ALF had seen what he was doing. In a fit of rage, he pushed her against a tree and attacked her, leaving a couple of bruises and some blood, screaming insults and threats in her ear. However, just as he was about to order his Hydreigon to bite her, he seemed to snap out of it, seemingly unwilling to hurt her any more, knowing that it would be unwise to go further. Apparently horrified by his behaviour, Ryuki apologised profusely, swore never to do anything similar again, then disappeared into the forest. Alone in the forest, the ghosts appeared to her again, apologised for the harm they had caused her, and thanked her for what she had done. For the first time, ALF felt like she had done something good.

Despite what had happened, ALF decided to forgive Ryuki, not quite wanting to believe that the only person she had ever called a friend was beyond saving. She explained her injuries away as her having been ambushed by a rabid Mightyena, and hid her recordings away. A few days later, Ryuki's family moved away, and she never heard from him again - until almost eleven years later, at the gym leader convention. By then, her father had passed away from a fatal disease he contracted from an unknown source, and she had inherited his position. She ran into him in the nearby coffee shop during a break. He had coincidentally taken a seat at the adjacent table. When he noticed her, he gave her a look full of hatred and fear, but not an ounce of sorrow or regret. She gave him one of her signature creepy smiles in return, then left the cafe.

Other:
- She insists that people spell her name in capital letters.
- Even though she uses only three Pokemon, she's an extremely proficient trainer and can hold her own against almost everyone despite the difference in numbers.

Pokemon:

LHYgrbp.gif

Nickname: Eia
Species: Mismagius
Gender: Female

Personality: Eia is emotionless and calm, almost a polar opposite to her outgoing trainer. She's almost entirely still most of the time you see her, not bothering to socialise with other people and only giving a cursory acknowledgement of their presence. Nevertheless, she's incredibly close to ALF, and will do anything to protect her.
History: Eia was ALF's first Pokemon, given to her by her father (as a Misdreavus) when she was seven years old. For much of her childhood, Eia was her only companion, and the two are like close friends.
Other:
- Her sclera are black instead of yellow.

Yd2dTum.gif
bceid18.gif

Nickname: Jaku
Species: Banette
Gender: Male

Personality: Jaku is like his trainer in many ways - he's always energetic and very giggly, prone to fits of laughter. He's also a massive prankster, loving to scare or otherwise inconvenience people for his own pleasure.
History: Jaku was her father's favourite Pokemon, and was given to ALF when he passed away. The two hit off well due to their similar natures, as well as their shared grief over her father's death.
Other:
- Jaku has red eyes, and also has a red body/feet/hands when Mega Evolved.

OdR2pUi.gif

Nickname: Aether
Species: Spiritomb
Gender: Female

Personality: Aether is calm and wise, essentially a sort of 'team mom'. She's the one who stops Jaku and her trainer from being overly irritating or a bit too much of a pain. She's prone to make disapproving, sighing noises. Although ALF is her trainer, she tends to be obedient to Aether's demands.
History: ALF befriended her Spiritomb when she was nine, having found an odd keystone in her frequent journeys into the haunted wood behind her father's gym. After ambushing ALF and Eia, she was defeated and captured, and eventually grew to become fond of her trainer.
Other:
- Aether's green blob glowing things are red.

Edit: wip to the max

Name: Noel Berke
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Designated Female at Birth, Androgynous (Any pronouns are fine: She/Her, He/Him, or They/Them --- Noel doesn't care)
- Panromantic Asexual

Appearance:
we7Lht1.png
MqM2dR6.png

Noel is rather short for their age, standing at a mere 5'2" and weighing a small 110 pounds. As Noel possesses a feminine form, despite not fully indentifiying as a female --- she has an hourglass shape, as well as around B cup breasts. Luckily, Noel is able to bind, allowing themselves to appear more masculine. Gender identity has always been an odd subject with Noel, he would prefer not to lean to far into either neatly organized sphere --- but rather have what he feels to be the best of each world within himself. He likes his gender being somewhat up in the air, which is another reason he enjoys using any and all pronouns he can. Noel's face is round, lacking distinction in the way of either gender. It is baby smooth, devoid of blemishes and facial hair. Noel's eyes are a seafoam green in colour, her vision is quite sharp --- and her eyes are considered rather intense. Noel's hair is another interesting piece about them, it is curly --- coming down in ringlets next to their face. However, the original colour remains somewhat up in the air. It is currently dyed a dark blue, and is normally kept in a black and gold toque.

For fashion, Noel tends to wear somewhat baggy clothing. He dislikes anything that hugs his form too tightly, as it is liking people could determine his gender from this. Noel's usual attire consists of an indigo tank top, a men's tanktop --- baggy on his form. As well as an oversized golden brown jacket, keeping him warm in the brisk city that holds his gym. He sometimes wears a light blueish silver scarf, usually if he finds it a little too chilly. For pants they wear ripped jeans, allowing their knees and thighs to show (A little foolish, considering the cold weather of their home). To complete the outfit, she is usually seen in a pair of dark brown hiking boots.

Personality: Your mental state, +8 sentences
- Remember no Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus, real people have flaws.

History: Your past, +8 sentences

- born in Snowbelle City, remained there her whole life
- identity struggles
- came out as trans
- identity struggles 2: electric boogaloo
- decided that picking a gender was silly, why not contain all of them?
- Starter was Neptune, a male Lapras
- trained under Wulfric, who retired and named her his successor --- she was 17 at the time
- Met Ryuki, who judged her for her age, purposely got her gender wrong constantly
- Noel grew to dislike him over time, especially after the death of her mother --- to which he gave cruel remarks
- one year later and it's the conference, she spots him in the crowd and scowls at him.

Other:
- Name is pronounced NOLE, formerly known as No-ell.
- Other than a gym leader, she would like to follow in her mother's footsteps.
- Never knew his father, and never bothered to ask. The question still haunts him to this day, and it's on the list of things he wished he would've asked his mother.
- Has a passion for the water, which is why two of his Pokemon are waterborne. His gym was redesigned to include a frozen body of water for Mae and Neptune.
- Despite numerous attempts to explain it, she simply doesn't understand mega evolution.
- Hates ice jokes, they known they come off as cold --- they don't want to hear another 50 jokes about it.

Pokemon:

lapras.gif

Nickname: Neptune
Species: Lapras
Gender: Male

Personality: Neptune is a poet, or at least he thinks himself to be one. He writes melancholy poems about the cruelties of life and everything that has gone wrong in his own life, as well as his trainer's. Although his lyrics are depressing, this is quite the opposite for the warm and bubbly personality that Neptune usually exhibits. He loves life, although he does believe her to be a cruel mistress. He loves Noel dearly, and would do anything to protect him.

History: Neptune was rescued by Noel when he was eight years old. At the time, Neptune was a newly hatched Lapras, small and fragile. Noel saved Neptune's life from a rather hungry Gyarados while he was exploring the Frost Cavern. As such, Neptune feels as though he owes a lot to his master. However, Noel also feels the same. Being the less desirable gender for Lapras, Noel found himself making a strong connection with the Lapras during his own gender struggles. Neptune is Noel's most trusted Pokemon.

Other: Is slightly larger than a normal Lapras, clocking in at around 9'00" tall.

glaceon.gif

Nickname: Aisu
Species: Glaceon
Gender: Male

Personality: Aisu is intelligent, but he has his own flaws. He's a perfectionist, criticizing everything he does for himself, he believes that he somehow made a mistake. He has an anxious spirit, preferring to keep to himself to alleviate himself from feeling like he constantly said the wrong thing to whoever he was speaking to. He's the peacekeeper of Noel's team, often trying to mediate before fighting.

History: Aisu was born to a litter of four, his siblings were given away to various other trainers. Despite himself finding his way into Noel's mother's possession, upon her death --- he was gifted to Noel. At the time, he was an Eevee. However, Noel's mother was buried, by request, near the Icy Rock. As such, during Noel begging for her mother to come back --- Aisu evolved in her strife, comforting his new trainer. The two remain close, with Aisu often exhibiting tendencies that remind her of her mother.

Other: Wears a red ascot that hides a glass charm on a string tied around his neck behind it. The charm reads "Always do your best, kitten. - Love Mom".

dewgong.gif

Nickname: Margaret "Mae"
Species: Dewgong
Gender: Female

Personality: Mae is full of herself. Vain, cocky, and brash. She thinks lesser of Pokemon that she herself has deemed "not worthy", which is pretty much everyone besides herself. She thinks that she is the most desirable Pokemon in the region, and often flirts with any males that cross her path. Despite this, Mae has yet to make a lasting connection --- probably due to her rude and snotty behavior. (Not that she'll admit this)

History: Mae came as a surprise to Noel. Mae actually has very little connection to Noel, as she is their most recent Pokemon. (Technically, Aisu actually has this honor --- but Aisu and Noel are very familiar due to him always being around her as a teenager). Mae was gifted to Noel following Wulfric's retirement, as Wulfric felt it right to leave the Noel with strong Pokemon for the gym. The only issue with this, is that Mae certainly doesn't respect Noel's orders.

Other: Her cheeks appear flushed, like her master's.

aurorus.gif

Nickname: Ramoth
Species: Aurorus (*Shiny*)
Gender: Female

Personality: Ramoth is shy. She rarely tries to make connections with anyone and is often seen hiding behind her trainer, rather than trying to speak to other Pokemon. She's quiet, preferring to "speak when spoken to" and often declining invitations to spar. Ramoth is a little cowardly, very afraid of other "dinosaur" like Pokemon --- as she still views herself as very small, and not the towering giant that she is. She is very close with Neptune, and he is often the only one she will speak to.

History: Ramoth was restored in the Kalos research facility following the discovery of her fossil by Noel's mother. Noel's mother was an Archaeologist, and was excavating when she found a rather oddly shaped fossil. She gifted the dinosaur that came from the rejuvenation to her daughter, who loved to go on midnight walks. During a training session against Neptune in the dead of night, Ramoth evolved into the stunning white dinosaur that is visible today. Her and Neptune are mates, and she hopes to produce offspring for him and their master soon.

Other: Has amber eyes instead of the usual blue.

Faithful Crusader
Name: Kotomi Yamagishi

Age: 25

Gender: Female
1x202rq.png

Appearance: "Gym Leader" is not the first thing that comes to mind when one sees Kotomi. A pair of stained and well worn jeans and a large, fluffy, long-sleeved shirt are her outfit pretty much all the time. The shirt is striped black and white in nice big horizontal stripes that are almost reminiscent of prison garb. The jeans are stained with what appears to be a random assortment of grease, oil, burn marks, paint, glue, solvent, ink, etc. The shirt on the other hand is in much better shape. Her clothes are loose and baggy making it hard to tell her figure and her thin build only adds to this. A pair of comfy red and white sneakers and a purple sweatband on her left wrist complete her attire. An additional pair of purple hair ties keeps her hair up in twin-tails and a grease rag is basically always sticking out of her pocket.

She's not too tall, about 5'7''. Kotomi's hair is inky black, as black as it gets, and is so long that even when tied up into twin-tails it still reaches all the way down her back to her waist. Her eyes are a charcoal grey, and are typically dull and listless, always seemingly focused on anything but what's in front of her. In fact, her gaze is so listless that at times it looks like she's straight up daydreaming. A blank or vacant stare and a slight tile of the head is sometimes the only acknowledgement you'll get from her if she's feeling particularly anti-social.

Personality: Kotomi is a deathly quiet individual, the kind of person who were it not for the slight rise and fall of their chest and occasional blink of the eyes you would have trouble telling if they were even still alive. She is incredibly patient, and has absolutely no problem remaining perfectly still and silent for hours if need be, and in fact usually does so even if there is no real reason to. She will almost never start a conversation, and will only occasionally comment if the conversation is not directed at herself. When someone does manage to get her to start talking, the words that come out of her mouth are often strange at best and downright confusing or unintelligible at worst. She speaks of everything in a strange mix of technical, scientific, and occasionally psychological or philosophical terms and phrases. It takes some time for most people to get used to her way of speaking. To compound this, Kotomi views other human beings as little more than distractions at best. She has referred to people as NPCs before, and as far as she is concerned they may as well be. Social interaction is a waste of time for her.

She has a passion for anything mechanical, be it as simple as a lock or as complex as a computer. If something is in need of a repair, she can probably tell you exactly what is wrong with it. She has a knack for “upgrades”. She can come up some of the most off the wall, random, seemingly useless, and occasionally ingenious upgrades to pretty much anything with two or more moving parts. In addition to her upgrade habit, she has a compulsion to ensure that things don’t get to the point where they need repair. Wither its because she actually cares about the objects in question or if its just that she doesn’t like to see things wear down, she will compulsively clean, refill, upgrade, or otherwise maintain every machine that she comes across, including things like the break room coffee machine. This habit can even extend to any inanimate object, plant, or decoration in her vicinity if she gets bored enough. She claims that all things have an energy of their own, especially things people use, interact with, and rely on. Such things deserve respect and care and they will treat you well in return.

She may come across as a bit distant, or more often as a bit “out there” mentally speaking, but Kotomi is an absolute genius when it comes to technology, science, psychology, or any other manner of study that usually confuses the heck out of the average person. Unfortunately, her strange way of speaking, seemingly robotic demeanor, and her nearly emotionless expression tends to make it hard for her to easily convey her thoughts to others. Not to mention that she will not hesitate to clonk someone over the head with a wrench if she feels at all threatened, after which she usually turns and heads off someone else with that quick tip-toes walk of hers. Threatening to erase your memories or turn all your dreams into nightmares are favorite lines of hers to case off unwanted conversations or attention. Wither Kotomi herself has the powers to do so, or if her pokemon might, is a question she will only answer with a knowing smile.

History: How does a strange sort like Kotomi wind up becoming a gym leader you ask? Simple, she's a damn good trainer. In a contest of skill, no other trainers in her hometown could match her. This is due to a few factors. The first is that Kotomi was born different. She has no interest in people other than what they can provide for her. Rather than being arrogant or cruel however, Kotomi simply regards people with a cold sort of indifference. The sort of mechanical neutrality one might expect from an automated customer service phone tree. Instead, she sought out pokemon, books, machines, anything else she could get her hands on that didn't involve spending time with other humans. And she's always had a particular affinity for Psychic type pokemon. Kotomi claimed from a young age that she could feel a certain energy from her surroundings. Objects had a feel, plants had auras, pokemon had thoughts and emotions circling around them. How much of it was true and how much was part of her condition remains a mystery. Nonetheless, she's always been surrounded by Psychic pokemon.

Her thoughts soon became obsessed with all aspects of training. How best to get your Psychic types to hone their powers. How best to feed and care for them. Hundreds of practical uses for their powers. Advanced battle techniques. Even medium work. She took it all in like a sponge, becoming a prodigy of a trainer. And yet, her attitude towards her fellow people kept her from ever doing anything worthwhile with her skill. She even joined a local gym, a Psychic type gym, to increase her resources to work with, always thinking about the next new technique. She was rough and blunt with people, but her pokemon were extremely well taken care of. So well in fact, that when the gym leader announced his retirement and a chosen successor, he shocked everyone and called Kotomi to take his spot. He said the experience would be good for her. It was a new way for her to interact with people while still building that strong connection with her pokemon that she cherished.

Kotomi's leadership of the gym was met with mixed reviews. Some claimed she was too weird, too anti-social to run a gym competently. Others said that somehow it was all a scam, that she had somehow mind-controlled the old leader and stolen the gym for herself. For Kotomi, it was the first time anyone had ever trusted her with something. The only time anyone had ever expressed faith in her. She didn't know how to react, so she simply rolled with it. But the role began to grow on her and slowly, over time, she came to know her gym trainers as more than just "NPCs". Now, she wants to see how far this little experiment will take her and has started attending gym leader meets and conferences to learn more about the art of running a gym, getting the badge licensed by the league, becoming part of the league challenge circuit, all the good stuff.

That was of course where she meet many gym leaders, including Ryuki. Like many, Ryuki didn't exactly find Kotomi's approach to be appealing. Unlike most, Ryuki seemed to take it as an insult to his pride as a gym leader. How dare Kotomi treat running a Gym like a game? How dare she talk down to him like he was a cardboard cut out and not an equal? He berated her approach at every turn, taking every chance to exclaim his displeasure with her attitude. A particularly heated exchange the afternoon of the second day ended with Kotomi leveling a wrench at him and threatening to wipe his mind clean while Ryuki called her an inhuman soulless machine. The shouting match was quickly broken up of course, but not forgotten by either of them. Kotomi was naturally as unmoved as ever to hear of Ryuki's murder that evening. Unmoved, but still surprised of course.

Pokemon:

espeon.gif

Nickname: Cheshire
Species: Espeon
Gender: Male
Personality: Cheshire is Kotomi's newest addition to the team. As cool and collected as Kotomi is herself, Cheshire nonetheless has a favorite habit of turning up in surprising locations when left to wander free of his pokeball. He's also very fond of sitting calmly at Kotomi's side as she reads or works on something, always ready to pass a tool or a snack with a little application of his Psychic attack.
History: Cheshire was still an Eevee when Kotomi found him. She happened upon the little pokemon on her way home one evening, trying to seek shelter from the rain under a park bench. Kotomi took him back home to take care of him and he wound up staying. Ever since, the two have gotten as close as any of the other pokemon on her team, a bond that let him evolve in Espeon.
Other: Cheshire has a black ribbon tied onto his tail.

solrock.gif

Nickname: Algol
Species: Solrock
Gender: Unknown
Personality: A bit on the lazy side, Algol is content to waste the day away basking in the sunlight in some sunny spot or another. But Algol is also terrified of the dark, and will hover right by Kotomi's side once the sun goes down. He can also be a little protective of Kotomi and has been known to case people off if she starts getting distressed or annoyed.
History: Algol was Kotomi's second capture. This Solrock, like many wild Psychic types, was a childhood acquaintance of Kotomi when she would play out in the woods. Much like Turing and Trillian, Algol wanted to join her on her trainer journey and was captured willingly.
Other: Algol is a shiny and has the bright blue eyes and red body that go with it.

metagross.gif

Nickname: Turing
Species: Metagross
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Turing is a able bodied pokemon of many talents, and has a strong bond with Kotomi. The two of them can practically share thoughts and feelings and as a result Turing often gets a lot of time outside his pokeball. Stubborn to a fault, fiercely loyal, and determined to do its best for Kotomi, Turing has been her most reliable and eager pokemon.
History: Turing was Kotomi's first capture and also her first childhood friend. The little Beldum would come buzzing around her back yard, playing hide and seek, tag, and other games with the young Kotomi. Because Kotomi shunned the other human kids, she and Turing became fast friends and have been inseparable for years.
Other: Turing actually still has a few cartoonish computer-themed stickers stuck to his frame from back in the day. Though most got damaged and fell off somewhere along the line, a few have stood the test of time and Turing wears them proudly.

beheeyem.gif

Nickname: Fermi
Species: Beheeyem
Gender: Male
Personality: Fermi is a curious little bugger who likes nothing more than to take things apart to see how they work. Thankfully for him, this fits right in with Kotomi's efforts to care for the inanimate objects in her life and she frequently employs him as an assistant in her endeavors.
History: Kotomi found Fermi around 3 am one morning as the little guy was trying to dismantle her microwave. How he got into her house, she never found out. But he paid for his trespassing by getting caught. Thankfully, its worked out pretty well for the both of them.
Other: Fermi likes to collect odds and ends and little assorted bits of colorful string. Kotomi has fashioned him a few bracelets from this random junk that he wears around his wrists.

swoobat.gif

Nickname: Trillian
Species: Swoobat
Gender: Female
Personality: The most cuddly of the team, Trillian is Kotomi's snuggle buddy. Always ready to gather together with Kotomi and the team for movie night, snack time, or just a friendly hug after a rough day, Trillian is always there to lift the mood. She's also Kotomi's greeter at the gym, and the first impression many trainers get upon opening the door is a Swoobat hug to the face.
History: Like Turing and Algol, Trillian was a childhood friend of Kotomi's. Then just a fluffy little Woobat, she would cuddle up close with Kotomi anytime she was alone in the woods and joined up with Kotomi willingly once she decided to become a trainer.
Other: Its not uncommon to see Trillian carrying snacks, blankets, supplies, or other such goodies to and fro. Sometimes these get stuck in her fluffy fur and she forgets about them.

Metallic Wonder
Wow, you got this up fast. Throwing in a reserve WIP for the Fighting-Type.

Name: Alain Renard Dubois
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Specialized Type: Fighting-Type
ocZmrut.png
7lwc9Tu.png

Appearance: Alain is a decently tall man standing at around 194 Cm. He has a rather slim body and toned muscles due to his regular workouts and general lifestyle. His skin has a slight tan due to spending a lot of time outside. Should the need present itself, he would force himself to lay down in a tanning bed. His skin blends in almost perfectly with his regular beach blonde hair color, though he has chosen to dye it deep green. The front of his hair is dyed a faded shade of teal. He keeps his hair short and neatly styled at most times. His eyes are almond shaped and has a deep red color and gives him a stern and serious look by default. Alain also has barely visible facial hair in the same beach blonde color as his natural hair color, but due to his tan skin you don't really notice it unless you really focus.

For clothing, Alain generally has one of two different styles. The first one is his "Casual" wear with is far from casual. Sporting colorful attires from every known fabric designer under the yellow sun, it is very, very easy to spot him in a crowd. His normal attire consists of simple white jeans, and a white shirt to match. Over said shirt, he often wears a deep green formal vest, with a matching green casual-looking blazer over it. He also typically wear plain white loafers with this outfit. For accessories, he typically wears a red tie to contrast the green, as well as having piercings in his ears. One of his ear-pieces is adorned with his Mega Stone. His other attire is what he wears when working out or during practice. The first and most obvious attention grabber when seeing his in his worjout attire is that he never wears a shirt. Ever. At the beach, in the studio, at the gym or up in the freezing mountains. No shirts allowed. His normal workout attire consists of his favorite pair of black and white sweatpants. He wears white bandages on his arms, and a pair of fingerless studded gloves over that. He doesn't wear shoes often when practicing either, as he prefers being barefoot. On sunny days he wears a pair of red sunglasses. With this, he also often wears a pair of red headphones around his neck. Though one would assume he wear them to listen to music while working out, he wears them to shut out all sounds when training, as he finds it easier to focus that way.

Personality: Alain has an outgoing nature and a strong sense of justice, which makes him prioritize the issues of others before his own. He is likely the most selfless person you'd ever meet, and would stick up for his friends no matter the cost. He is encouraging, and loves helping others to solve out their issues. This attitude has made him a fan favorite among his fans, something he doesn't take for granted. He is a social butterfly and enjoys being around other people. Though his selfless nature would normally make him come across as naive, he is a very good judge of character, and is not easily fooled. People knows better than to exploit Alains kindness, and more often than not choses to back down if they are involved in any kinds of incidents. His caring nature makes him come across as more of a big brother kind of character to most of his friends, as he puts his close social circle up on a pedestal. He is very protective of his friends and family; more or less towards anything he holds dear.

As a stark contrast to his loving personality, Alain takes on a completely different character when working out and preforming. Changing from his aloof character to becoming more focused and disciplined. He takes what he does very seriously, and due to his martial arts skills, people usually knows better than to pick a fight with him. He is determined and competitive, always doing his best to improve on both himself and those working with him. His keen concentration, determination and visually good looks is why he is such a big hit with the ladies, and he often receive fanmail and love confessions in his social life. He is mostly oblivious to this though, as he just tries focusing on his training, as well as on the people around him that support him.

Though he is a positive go-getter, he is not without his flaws. One of Alains biggest insecurities is that he's not good at handling his own emotions. He would rather undermine his own needs in order to look after someone else, as he feels he lacks the proper tools in order to manage his own issues. He definitely use working out as a scapegoat, and his determined nature stems from how he empties his head when training, only focusing on the there and now. Another part of why he is such a big-hearted and helpful individual is that he hopes to learn how to deal with himself. He knows a lot of problem solving, and he has helped out his friends more times than anyone bothers to count. Yet still it feels easier for him to lecture rather than be lectured, especially on this topic. Regardless, he keeps up his smile and carries on.

History: Alain was born and raised in Shalour city of the Kalos region, fairly close to the waterfront. He lived in a decent appartment with his mother and younger sister, as his parents were divorced and his dad had moved out to be with his new husband. His mother is a kindhearted woman, though maybe a bit spiteful that her husband left her for a man. She worked two jobs in order to provide for her children. Because of this, Alain spent a lot of his spare time the first few years of his life by taking care of his sister, Marie. Though it was tough at times not having his mother around as much as he wanted to, Alain managed to become a responsible young man at an early age. He didnæt have too many friends at an early age, and spent most of his time focusing at school in order to get good grades so that he could land a decent job and provide for his family.

during his early teens, Alain still didn't have many friends. His family's economical situation had become better, and he didnt have to look after his sister all the time either. He had, however, no idea what to spend his newly found spare time on. Slowly becoming more and more restless, he decided that he would turn his attention to martial arts, as the towns token wise old man always spouted nonsense about a healthy soul. Ironically, this old fart also ran the local dojo, where Alain ended up enlisting. It was fun, and he enjoyed the expressing himself through movement. The sensei noticed this too, and wondered that maybe he should try his hand at dancing. Alain reluctantly agreed, and took up a dancing class at his high school. Meeting a lot of prejudice form other students, it wasn't easy to get started, but once he was into it, he was into it. It was quite apparent that dancing was what Alain was good at doing, and he loved expressing himself through the art of free-styling.

Do a time-jump to when Alain has reached the age of 22, and he has just made his international debut as a singer and dancer for the newly formed boyband group, RK9. The group mostly dabbles in rap and pop music, as well as instrumental pieces composed by one of the groups members. They were formed by retired singer Melody Etta, and are currently the new craze, having an impressively huge fanbase already during their relatively brief run so far. Alain has now managed to land a great career, and is more than capable to support his mother and sister back home, who still struggles as his mother has fallen ill.

During his rise to fame, Alain started out as a background dancer for a short-lived band lead by the singer and Dragon-ype Pokemon trainer, Ryuki. Though the guy had talent, he was also far too arrogant and starry eyed for his own good. He was also always the star of the group, getting all the attention while the rest were mostly left in the shadows. Though the two got along just fine, the tension within the group was eventually what led to its inevitable demise. Alain and Ryuki didn't speak again after that.
At this point in time, Alain had also grown to become a quite skilled pokemon trainer with his trademark Pokemon, Gallade. The two had been training at the local pokemon gym in his hometown during his teenage years, and once he ascended from the rank of Gym Trainer, he was eventually named Gym Leader after the current leader retired, and though he now lives a rather hectic life, he always manage to be on time for trainer battles due to Gallades Teleport move.

That same move was also the main reason Alain managed to make it to the Pokemon gym Leader conference in time. Somewhat surprised, Alain learned that Ryuki would be attending the conference as well. The two hadn't spoken since... That time. A few people recognized them from the group, and they did a few cute photo shoots with some fans, but other than that, he didn't seem interested in Alain at all. It didn't really matter for Alain, as he didn't expect much from the guy to begin with. All in all the conference went by pretty great, until of course the news regarding Ryuki's apparent murder reached him.

Other:
- He's a big eater, though only a half-decent cook.
- All his Pokemon are caught in Fast Balls.
- He is a very skilled martial artist.
- Also a very skilled dancer.

Pokemon:

475.png
475-m.png

Nickname: Sothe
Species: Gallade
Gender: Male
Personality: Sothe is very calm and collected, much like his trainer. Polite and gallant, he helps others in need with little afterthought, and tends to be somewhat impulsive at times. Never mean anything but the best for more or less anyone he encounters, and is a loyal Pokemon. He does, however, have a tendency to show off in fights, and tends to be quite the Casanova for female pokemon whenever possible.
History: As a Ralts, Sothe was gifted to Alain for his tenth birthday. The little Ralts was slow to trust, and seemed bent on not wanting to befriend him. Running out of ideas as of what to do in order to grow closer to him, Alain decided to dye his hair to look more like Ralts', which was greatly appreciated by the little pokemon. Since that, the two has become close friends, and Sothe is one of Alains biggest supporters.
Other: Sothe holds a Galladite in a choker around his neck

740.png

Nickname: King
Species: Crabominable
Gender: Male
Personality: Similarily to Sothe, King is a calm Pokemon that takes life in his own tempo. in Contrast to Sothe though, this extends from just being observant to being plain lazy. King is a big Pokemon, and he dislikes to battle, despite being very, Very powerful. He would rather sit by and cheer Alain's other pokemon on than actually participate himself. Being a cheerful and optimistic Pokemon, he acts a lot like a guide to the other pokemon. Y'know.. besides being just lazy.
History: King was met as a Crabrawler munching on some berries at the foot of mount Lanakila when Alain was visiting the Alola region on a trip for "Clearing the mind" or whatever the brochure said. Originally intending to keep his roster of pokemon fairly small and Sinnoh-native, Alain couldn't resist catching the strange fighter as it was raising its pincers as if ready to punch him into oblivion. IT was only after it volved that its lazy attitude started shining through, but King has always proven to be a powerful and trustful ally.
Other: King is slightly bigger than other Crabominable

454.png

Nickname: Kermit
Species: Toxicroak
Gender: Male
Personality: Kermit is a special snowflake, and he knows it. Though not as strong as his other pokemon, Kermit makes up for his lack of strength in his speed and agility. He has a somewhat snobby attitude, and tends to look down on other pokemon unless he knows them. Due to his different coloration and people swooning over his appearance, Kermit has become somewhat of a snob, caring more about himself and less about others. He is also a big-eater, and has a habit of grabbing all the food he can get and then run off into hiding somewhere to eat in peace.
History: As a Croagunk, Kermit was met in the swampy areas of Pasteria City in the Sinnoh region. Not even thinking twice, Alain just pimp-slapped it in the face with his Fast Ball, catching the sparkling wonder.
Other: Kermit is a shiny Toxicroak

448.png

Nickname: Blue
Species: Lucario
Gender: Male
Personality: Blue is, as the name suggests, a little blue. He's not a very energetic pokemon, and tends to stick to the background more often than not. He dislikes company besides Alain, and only barely tolerate the other pokemon. He has trust issues, but is working through them with Alain during their regular training. In battles, Blue is a powerful Pokemon, second only to Sothe in strength.
History: Lucario was gifted to Alain from Korrina in the Kalos region. The Pokemon had previously been mistreated by its trainer, which had left him the way he is. He did, interestingly enough, take a liking to Alain during their first encounter, and after having battled Sothe, Korrina decided to give him to Alain.
Other: N/A

Hmm, I’m interested in this one since I’m a huge murder mystery gal and Clue is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen! And uhh the game is pretty good too I guess. I’m not sure how active I’ll be but I’m gonna try my best. I’ll reserve Fire, if that’s ok, and do a proper SU in the next 3-4 days because I’m one slow chick.

The Reforged Soul
I know the list is full right now, but if a spot opens up, could I play a dragon-type trainer that had a life-long rivalry with Ryuki in the past with Ryuki being chosen as the successor as the Gym Leader and my character left to set up their own dragon gym elsewhere?

I wasn't sure if this would go against the doubling up of types since Ryuki would techincally be dead.

Oh, I have a title?
Okay, think I'm done. Tell me if anything needs changing.

Name: Edward Grey

Age: 25

Gender: Straight Male

Appearance:
e7ZYbfJ.png

Edward Grey takes pride in his affinity for the darkness, and his appearance reflects his type choice perfectly. Hazel eyes shine out from his sheet-white skin, which is framed by tangled locks of unkempt sable hair that falls past his jawline, which is smooth and stong. The sides of his head are liberally streaked with silver, but he covers it casually with the long locks of black hair. He has a large nose and a thin mouth, which is often downturned, save when he gives his signature sly smirk. A scar runs across his left eye, perfectly vertical from chin to forehead. Grey stands at 5 foot 5, and is a wiry, thin young man, whose eyes are often half-closed in a somewhat bored and tired look, almost ill, at times.

Furthermore, Grey almost always dresses in black, his most common attire being a collared black shirt and trousers, accompanied by a billowing black cape, which he often "swishes" impressively. Edward's PokéBalls are usually attached to his grey belt. He also wears thick black boots and leather gloves, even if indoors, and rarely takes them off, either. Underneath his left glove, however, he wears a ring bearing a Key Stone, for his partners' use.

Personality:
Typical of those with a specialty for the Dark Type Pokémon, Edward is a reclusive soul, somewhat of a loner, with a patient and quiet personality. Generally, he appears somewhat nonchalant and bored, with a habit of being dry and sarcastic in both humour and actions. As such, he is quick to mock and patronise, being someone who likes to wind people up whenever he can. Somewhat of a trickster, he still knows when to draw the line, and will never go on to anything serious. Usually, Edward keeps to himself, and doesn't like to make a scene, preferring to speak only when asked to, or when he has an idea that others will never comprehend.

Understandably, Edward is also quite cynical, and doubts that most humans have the ability to understand things on a deeper level. As such, he is somewhat condescending in his delivery of knowledge, and deals with his own logic in such a matter-of-fact way that you can't help but be assured of its credibility. He is an incredibly persuasive individual, and while he doesn't do well in large groups, he is a very powerful one-on-one speaker, and can be seen as intuitive and manipulative at first glance.

On a brighter side, or at least, a less-shadowy side, Edward is a wise person, and is no stranger to dishing out words of wisdom. He has a good understanding of people, and loves nothing more than to stare into people's eyes and pierce their very soul. Y'know, as you do.

Those who don't know him well only see the cold, calculating way he deals with life, and how he seems to let it fly by without even noticing, but those that know him better understand the fact that deep down, he isn't a bad guy, and is actually kind, to some degree. As long as you stay off of his bad side. If you suffer the unfortunate position of being in his circle of enemies, the he will stop at nothing to destroy you, twisting your words and your mind until you're a literal wreck, and he will take everything that ever meant anything as he tortures your mind, inch by inch. Edward isn't one to take brute force as a tactic. Manipulation has always been his strong suit; that way his hands never get dirty. Keep that in mind.

History:
Edward Grey grew up as you might expect. Born in Snowpoint City, he lived there for seven years before moving to Hoenn with his mother. At the age of 10, he was given a Pokémon, an Absol by the name of Silver, and set out on his journey to complete the Pokédex and become the Champion. However, as he explored the Hoenn region, it became apparent that he had an affinity for a particular type: Dark.

After defeating the Champion, Edward felt as though he knew what kind of person he wanted to be. He turned down the position of Champion, and decided to continue his primary goal, completing the Pokédex. He left Hoenn for some years, catching more Dark Pokémon and honing his skills.

When he eventually returned to Hoenn, ten years after defeating the Champion, he was surprised to find that there was a free spot for a Gym Leader. Feeling that it would be a good chance to test himself, Edward volunteered to become Hoenn's Dark Type Gym Leader. He was eagerly accepted, and Edward took pride in his new position, building his own Gym, designing a badge, and creating a challenging team. He even took the liberty of finding a TM to hand out after being defeated: Snarl.

At the age of 21, Edward was already a successful Gym Leader, with a strong team, and a powerful reputation. He had started to meet many other people, one of which was the Dragon Specialist, Ryuki. He didn't seem to have a good reputation, but he was likeable enough, if a little full of himself. Of course, he was a bit inconsiderate, constantly wanting to practice and challenge against others, sometimes forcing them to abandon other engagements. But Edward got on with him well.

They'd had their fair share of fights, however, some ending in chaos, and in one severe case, bloodshed. But they always made amends, at points. It wasn't even anything that Ryuki did to Edward that eventually snapped them. It was no secret that he was fond of harsh training methods, wanting to achieve the highest standard of Pokémon, discarding those that weren't worthy of his might. After a hard day's work, his Pokémon were often too tired to work, and became violent and savage. One Pokémon, that Edward had given to Ryuki as an egg, was the cruelest and most dangerous of them all. A Hydreigon.

The combination of Dark and Dragon, paired with Ryuki's merciless methods, had turned an even naturally savage Pokémon into a deadly killing machine. It was one rainy night when the Hydreigon collapsed from fatigue. Ryuki had invited Edward over for a battle, and as he had arrived, he caught the end of a training session. The three-headed dragon had collapsed to the ground, heaving for breath. Edward watched as Ryuki verbally assaulted the Hydreigon, before kicking it angrily. Attempting to intervene, Edward pushed Ryuki to the floor. Insulted and embarrassed, the Dragon specialist ordered the weak Hydreigon to attack Edward, but when it refused, Ryuki hit it around the head with a stone from the floor, slicing open its eye. Enraged, the dragon attacked wildly, and its fangs tore at Edward, ripping down the side of face, straight from his forehead to his chin.

As Ryuki saw what he had done, he returned his Hydreigon to its ball, before apologising profusely. Blood streaming from his face, mingled with rain and tears, Edward snatched the PokéBall from Ryuki's hand and left, claiming the Hydreigon as his own once more. The Dark Gym Leader and the Dragon Specialist hadn't spoken since.

Two years later, however, they encountered each other at the Annual Gym Leader Conference, on the first day, but didn't speak. Edward only glared at Ryuki as he passed, noting how Ryuki's eyebrows raised at the sight of Edward's jagged scar. Maybe they'd fight before the conference was over, but even if they didn't, Edward wouldn't care. He wouldn't care if Ryuki was dead. For all Edward knew, Ryuki could have killed him that rainy night.

Pokemon:
absol.png

Nickname: Silver
Species: Absol
Gender: Female
Personality:
Being the only female amongst Edward's team, Silver suffers from competition from the males, who expect a certain degree of professionalism, but despite being singled out in the team, Silver is remarkably confident. A strong young Absol, she has the trademark snow white fur of her species, which she takes care of often, and hates to get dirty. Unlike her three other companions, she holds an air of superiority, and appears to be quite smug, especially when she achieves something the others cannot. Just like Edward, she is quite reserved, and often hides her face with her fringe. They are alike in both personality and looks, and most trainers pick up on their close bond if they see the two interact. Despite having her arrogance, Silver is loyal to her master, being his first Pokémon, and would do anything for him.
History:
Silver was Edward's first Pokémon, gifted to him by his father on his tenth birthday. She's been with him throughout his entire journey, and has become a vital part of his life. She acts like a guardian angel, someone to talk to with problems. Over the years, she has become stronger, and was the Pokémon that landed the final blow in Edward's champion battle. The two are inseparable, and Edward is never seen without Silver beside him.
Other:
- Silver wears a necklace bearing her Mega Stone
Spr_6x_302.png

Nickname: Black
Species: Sableye
Gender: Male
Personality:
Black is an almost exact copy of his master. Quiet for a Sableye, with a habit of hanging away from others. Black often perches himself atop Edward's head, or lays on his shoulder. Just like Edward, Black enjoys taunting his friends, and is quite playful around them. However, anyone else would find Black's reclusive behaviour odd for his species. Being one of Edward's favourite Pokémon, Black sees a lot of action, and he enjoys the brief attention he may get. He is often called upon to fight powerful enemies, and loves nothing more than to mess with an opponent whose strategy becomes destroyed by his techniques.
History:
Black was caught prior to Edward's Gym Battle against Brawly, and is one of the veteran members on his team, remaining there since capture. Sableye was, at first, a shunned member of the team, but when Edward discovered that Black was a released Pokémon, and not a wild one, he also discovered that Black had many useful skills, such as Recover and Prankster. The Sableye has come in handy in many intense battles, and was also the first of Edward's Pokémon to Mega Evolve.
Other:
- Black, like Silver, wears a necklace bearing a Mega Stone, which allows Edward to adapt his strategy to counter the opponent.
- Being a released Pokémon prior to capture by Edward, Black knows the egg move, Recover, and has his hidden ability of Prankster.

hydreigon.png

Nickname: Plasma
Species: Hydreigon
Gender: Male
Personality:
After being grown from an egg by the Dragon specialist, Ryuki, Plasma became cruel, violent, and unstable, prone to lashing out at random moments. As such, Edward often keeps Plasma in his ball, to prevent him from causing any damage. It seems that Edward is the only one that can keep Plasma in check, but at the same time, there is the constant threat of the Hydreigon becoming uncontrollable.
History:
Plasma was bred to become a powerful Pokémon, and was gifted to Ryuki as an egg. After hatching, the Deino was trained harshly under Ryuki's strict regime, and grey more powerful day by day, eventually evolving into a Zwielous, and then a Hydreigon. However, it is safe to assume that the training was too much for the dragon to handle, as he had developed a violent and savage nature. After attacking Edward in a fit of rage, Plasma was taken back from Ryuki. Over the next few years, Edward tried to instil self-control in the brutal Pokémon.
Other:
- After being hit by Ryuki with a rock, the right head is scarred down the side and blind in one eye.
- The right head is the most violent.

honchkrow.gif

Nickname: Wilde
Species: Honchkrow
Gender: Male
Personality:
Wilde is the most dutiful of Edward's Pokémon. Stoic, patient, and powerful, this Honchkrow is one of Edward's most trusted Pokémon. He holds himself in high esteem, and is proud of his position, but does not possess the superior nature that Silver possesses. Amongst Edward's Pokémon, however, Wilde is seen as the wise old man, and is often seen in the company of another; Wilde is the only one of Edward's Pokémon that can help him calm Plasma down.
History:
Wilde was one of Edward's later additions, not obtained until his return to Sinnoh after defeating Hoenn's Champion. He was caught as a Murkrow on the outskirts of Hearthome City, but did not evolve until much later. As a Murkrow, Wilde was only really used for ease of transportation, and to take care of pesky Fighting Types. However, after his evolution, he was seen as a grand member of the team, and saw an increase in usage.
Other:
- He has odd eyes: the left is blue while the right is red.
