As well as a small nose, and a round "Babyface", which give him a youthful appearance. His face is clean-shaven, and his upper body is free of any hair except the top of his head and eyebrows.
Liam is very into fashion, and likes to dress well. He designs his own clothes to reflect his taste, as he has a hard time finding clothes he likes in men's clothing stores. His fancy wardrobe mostly consists of button down dress shirts, vests, trousers, and dress shoes. He always keeps his clothes neat and tidy. He wears as much pink as he is allowed to get away with. His current outfit consists of a pink dress shirt that fits him well, and he rolls up the sleeves. Over this, he wears a pink vest. He dons a pink cravat around his neck. He also wears a pink pearl bracelet bracelet around his left wrist, and a diamond ring on his right ring finger. On the bottom he wears a pair of pink trousers. His choice of footwear include a pair of pink dress shoes. He accesorizes this with a pink cap on his head that has a diamond brooch attached to it, a pair of pink diamond earrings hanging from his earlobes. He carries around in a pink messenger bag.

He wears a lot of pink jewelry including a long pearl necklace, two matching pearl bracelets, pink diamond earrings, and a pink tiara sitting on his head. The look is completed with a pair of large pink fairy wings that are glittery, and resemble a butterfly's wings.
Personality: Liam is innocent, carefree, and seemingly always happy. He is faithful to his loved ones, and will stand by them no matter what. Things became different when he started high school. While other boys were interested in girls, he wasn't. He attended a elite boarding school, so he shared a room with another boy. Sure, there were there cute girls at the school, but he found his male roommate more attractive than any girl. He kept his attraction to guys a secret for a while, but that didn't last long, as it was getting hard to keep the secret. First, because it was starting to become awkward with his roommates, and also because Liam just had a really hard time keeping something like this to himself. Also during this time, he decided he didn't want to be viewed as a whimp, and a bullying victim. So, he started working out and getting stronger in order to compensate for his lack of height.
While he enjoyed his time there, and made friends with his fellow gym trainers, he was a little annoyed that he was the only male trainer in the entire gym. Weren't there other boys who liked Fairy type too? He was a loyal gym trainer for two years. One day, the gym leader announced her retirement. He was surprised when she announced that she had chosen Liam as her successor. He was certain he would pick one of the girls. Liam happily accepted the job, and was now a Gym Leader. Over time he became a very popular leader in the region.
He ran into Ryuki again at the annual gym leader conference. He had hoped to never see him again after completing school, but somehow he had managed to become a Gym Leader, much to Liam's surprise. He always seemed like such a slacker back at school. He had hoped the years out of school had made him a nicer person, but of course it hadn't. They didn't speak at all during the conference, but Liam could tell based on his interactions with others, that he was the same jerk he had always been. Which is why he wasn't at all upset to hear that he had been murdered.

History: Liam's parents gave him a Togepi for his tenth birthday. It was his first Pokemon, and Liam takes him everywhere.

Personality: Swirly is exactly what you would expect a Pokemon that resembles cotton candy to be like. He is a Jolly Pokemon that is always laughing and smiling. He acts like is on a never ending sugar rush, and is literally bouncing around all over the place.
History: Liam met Swirly when he was a Swirlix, while on a trip to a local amusement park. He was eating the cotton candy, and causing problems for the guy running the cotton candy stand. Of course, Liam had to have a Swirlix the moment he saw it. It was pink, a fairy, and looked like candy. Liam battled it, caught it, and raised it into the Slurpuff he is today.

Personality: Like the Mimikyu Pokedex entry states, Boo just wants to be loved, and wears a Pikachu costume hoping to be loved as much as Pikachu. He's a bit of a shy one though, and has a hard time expressing his feelings. He gets very affectionate with people he actually knows though.
History: Liam went into a haunted house in his native region specifically to catch a Mimikyu. The instant he found one, and a Mimikyuium Z, he left that place as quickly as possible. Liam was not the biggest fan of scary places.

History: Maya was a Mawile that Liam encountered at some point. She put up one heck of a fight, but Liam managed to defeat her in a battle, and catch her. This gave Liam the Mawile's respect, as most others that came across her just ran away.
