Okay, I was surfing the internet (as usual) and I came across a picture of Ein, Nascour, Miror B., Dakim, and Venus what looked like the artwork from Hindenori Kusaka.
So as far as I beleive, I think there is a Pokemon Colosseum manga out there somewhere

Yay! Pit!
Actually, there IS a Pokémon Colloseum Manga, but it's hard to find (i suppose, because i haven't got luck in finding it).

I only saw a few scans (different from these) in some page, but i don't remember where, still, it seems to be kind of interesting.

Chances are they're still in those Coro Coro mags and not published as a Trade Paper Back yet. You just have to wait for it to be published in a volume before you can safely wait for it to be translated and other jazz...

As far as I know, there are two Pokemon Colosseum manga out there. The first one is Snatcher Leo done by Oouchi Suigun, which ran in the Netkun Grade 2 Jan, Feb and Mar issues in early 2004. There were a total of three chapters only, and was never published into tankouban (comic).

The other one is called Pokemon Colosseum Scenario Mode Strategy Guide Special Comic, art by Yoshino Emiko, and the plot by Hidenori (same plot maker of PokeSpecial). It ran in the netkun Grade 3 Jan and Feb issues in 2004 as well, and this one only has two chapters, and serve more like a game guide than an actual manga, but from what I know, the guide is preliminary, just talking about the basics and early stages of the game. Again, this is not published into tankouban.

If I'm not mistaken, the scans of the Cipher Admins in the first post come from the latter as the art seems to remind me of Emiko's work.

And a further note, Hidenori has a habit of doing these preliminary game guides for each game. I remember reading one for Torezei, and one for XD, both running for less than 2 chapters.

A final note. Most of these small chapter manga will not make it to the tankouban, and sorry to say, but it's like almost impossible to find these now unless someone still keeps a copy of these Netkun magazines back then, since the magazines are not reprinted.

I think that would be a fair assumption. Chuang Yi, as far as I know, only translates tankouban and not magazine chapters, and since both of these manga were not compiled into tankouban, Chuang Yi isn't likely going to translate them.

There are no other companies that translates any Pokemon manga in the US right now, so I guess if Chuang Yi isn't doing it, chances are this manga won't end up in the US at all by any means.

The unfortunate thing is even for the Japanese version, they aren't easy to find either, since the magazines are not reprinted.

I had so many hopes on finding it.

Well, that's the way the cookie crumbles. The best solution is if you know any one in Japan and strike a deal with him so he can get it for you.

Not to kill your hopes but just giving you a rough idea, it would be even more difficult to find these two Colosseum comics than the PokeSpecial lost chapter 'Escape!'.

'Escape!' was at least reprinted again in Pokemon Wonderland 2 (and if I'm correct, actually once more in the one issue of Netkun magazine between their first print and the Wonderland print), so altogether 3 sets of publications feature it.

For these two Colosseum comics that you seek, Snatcher Leo and the Strategy Guide Comic, they are both printed once only, and each spans across 2 to 3 magazines issues, meaning while finding these past issues alone is difficult, finding all the involved ones for the complete comic is even more difficult.
