Pokemon Contesr and Breeding

is there any pokemon contests in leaf green? just wonderign and how do i breed pokemon to make eggs?

I dont think theres contests in leafgreen but to get eggs get a ditto and another pokemon.Put them together in the daycare on island 4 i think and the
man will step out of the daycare part(can't describe it)and talk to him and he will give you an egg.

It can be the same Pokemon.

For Example,Rapidash(Male) can Breed with Rapidash(Female)

Also, no, there aren't any contests in Kanto. They're Hoenn-only

There are no Pokemon Contests on FR/LG and the breeding facility is on Four Island. You get access to it after you beat the Elite 4. You breed Pokemon by:

A. Putting 2 of the same Pokemon of the opposite gender in the Breeding Center.

B. Putting two Pokemon of the opposite gender that are in the same Egg Group into the Breeding Center.

or

C. Breed it with a Ditto.
