Pokemon Contests - Master Rank

Hi,
On my Pokemon Ruby, I have completed two Pokemon Contests (Smart and Cool) up to the Master Rank, and I have their pictures in the museum. But now, I have decided to get all five contests completed, and fill up the museum. My question is:
What Pokemon should I use for the Tough and Cute contests, and what moves should they have? (I'm using Milotic for beauty, since it's already maxed out, with the moves of Pokemon of the Week here.)
Remember, I'm on Pokemon Ruby.

hi for through i sugest to use regirock or swampert.. it is good pokemon for it and cute skitty/delacatty .. moves? regirock have all moves through when you cath it skitty/delacatty learn some with lelel up
