Pokemon Contests

What's your opinion on Pokemon Contests? Do you think they are a good addition to the game? Do you enjoy them or care about them? Do you even attempt them?

When i first started playing Ruby, i just ignored the Pokemon Contest centres. I remember i entered once, and really hated it because i had no idea what was going on. So i pretty much completed the game, came back and decided randomly to have another go. And now i really like them, I think they add to the value of the game. Its something more to do, and it makes sense that people wouldn't just want to beat the **** out of each others pokemon, they also want to beat the **** out of them with beauty and other such attributes.

Do you enter your own team into contests, or have you specially designed another team just for contests?

I have some pokemons in very low levels just for contests. My best contest pokemons are: Snorlax(cute), Whiscash(tough), Milotic(beaty), Raichu(cool) and
Gengar(smart). I like contests.

I love contests

I have completed Master Rank for a few (Cool, Beauty and Tough) and a lot of my Pokemon have contest ribbons. At first I didn't understand, but I really like them now.

Yeah i love Pokemon Contests... I have beaten Beauty, Smart, and Tough only though on my Emerald...

So yeah i think there great additions to the games!

I already beat all the contests and have my paintings in the art museum.

I think its rather fun but I don't do it anymore.

I think it is also good because it gives another use for pokemon that are in your boxes. As in, just because your not going to use them in your team doesn't mean they don't have a purpose except for filling your pokedex.

everything, mainly the musics there! I already won all the 5 contests, but I still going there sometimes!

I hate contests.
They're boring imo, and they don't give you anything but ribbons and the paintings in the Lilycove museum

I love pokemon contests. My best contest pokemon are: Milotic,castform,beautifly-beauty Skitty,Rayquazza,Venasaur-cool Mightyenna-smart Regice,Latias,latios-tough.
It took very long to get a milotic. Had to use gold berries.;049;

I don't love them, but they are fun. I have completed all of them in my Ruby.

they are fun, and good if you want a break from battling. i won the master rank contest with a wynaut that knew charm, splash, and encore. it was easy.

I like them, I guess. I've entered my ninetales, Kitsune, into a Master rank Beauty contest, I've entered my milotics Lila, Divona and Mary into Master rank Beauty contests and my raichu Suckchu into a Master Cool contest.

They're okay.... I only lack getting the Cool and Cute Master contests ribbons, cause then the artist person does something really, REALLY special (forgot what -__-) and then i can be done with them.
