N00b in the dungeon!
Octillery, Dotaitos, and Mantine have pretty nifty designs. Octillery is an exotic-looking octopus with a cannon for a mouth, Dotaitos is a titanic dinosaur with a whole frikkin continent on its backside, and Mantine... is... well.... Mantine.
I would rather not go into what Pokemon I think are badly-designed right now.

Eevee Trainer
I really love the design of the Eevee family, Ninetails, Dragonair (so pretty!), the Unown, Sneasel, Houndoom, the legendary beasts, Mawile, and Jirachi.

The designs I don't like that much are Luvdisc, Tentacool, Jynx, Dragonite, Feraligatr, Cleffa, Snubbull, Dustox, and the Lotad line.

No real opinions on the 4th gen yet, I'm still getting used to them.
