Pokemon Emerald -- Multi-Purpose Team

According to my research I need the following types to be successful against the Final Four: 1. Fighting/Bug; 2. Steel; 3. Electric; 4. Ice; 5. Water/Grass. My team does not meet most of this criteria. Would you help me make a team -- which I can make now with Emerald Pokemon and Items -- which will take me through to the end since I don't want to waste a lot of time leveling up a Pokemon if it is not going to be useful at the end of the game nor do I want to use a TM on something that is going to remain in the box. My current team is this:

Milotic @ Mystic Water
Level 41, Naughty
-Hydro Pump
-Tackle
-Recover
-Rain Dance

Linoone @ nothing
Level 39, Docile
-Rock Smash
-Cut
-Surf
-Strength

Gyarados @ Blackglasses
Level 45, Bold
-Twister
-Rain Dance
-Hydro Pump
-Bite

Manectric @ Quick Claw
Level 45, Impish
-Bite
-Thunder Wave
-Thunder
-Spark

Gardevoir @ Amulet Coin
Level 46; Quirky
-Future Sight
-Confusion
-Psychic
-Teleport

Pikachu @ Light Ball
Level 30; Naughty
-Thundershock
-Sweet Kiss
-Thunder Wave
-Volt Tackle

Blaziken @ Charcoal
Level 53, Serious
-Sky Uppercut
-Peck
-Double Kick
-Fire Punch

I realize I have more than six here but I just can't decide which to use. Thanks for your time!

Yeah, seriously, christyvoltron! listen to the above poster!^
Also, NEVER use move increasing items, as they increase only moves OF THAT TYPE by 10%. That means that if you gave a Kyogre with EQ the soft sand, EQ's power would be raised by a grand total of: 10. so 100-110=NOT WORTH IT! Also, why the heck did ya have the blackgasses on Gyrados??? Bite is barely good because it's a Special attack, while gyrados has high
ATTACK, not special attack. And that's the end of my little speech on items.
BTW, never use HM slaves in battle.
Bye!

Well that makes me feel special!!!

Btw sorry i forgot to change Blazikens item i edited above
now back on subject

if this is just to beat the elite four get rid of pikachu (because it isnt strong enough to stay in battle) or Gyarados (doesnt help much with the elite four types)

one last thing a good team is more than type coverage and stab
this might help

---Edit---
One very last thing i only left the amulate coin on gardevoir because this is in game and it helps with money but if you wanna netbattle or somethin like that give it leftovers
