There is defenitely a lack of Special types here, so you could have a Special Rayquazza.

Also your advice it's realy hard to believe how i could get 4 pokemon that have the Adamant nature.

Uhh....what is this? Your team? You need to make a seperate thread for your own team to be rated. You can't get your team rated in someone else's team rate thread.

You have to create your own thread if you want your team to be rated, but I suggest you read the stickied rules first.

I hate Resters!!!
I looked through every box in my PC a few days ago and I found only one Adamant nature pokemon. Of course it just happened to be one of the best Sp. sweepers in Hoenn. You guessed it. It was Kyogre. (Go figure) Anyways what I'm saying is it is very hard to get Adamant nature pokemon. I once bread Salamences for two hours and didn't get one Adamant nature Salamence. So either it's extremely rare to get a Adamant nature pokemon or you can only get very few Adamant nature pokemon in one game.

It is a nature for goodness sake.
All Pokemon have a chance of getting it. Not sure if it is higher on some rather than others though. It is all about luck.

You should learn a bit more about natures and movesets... the only ones that I can truly critique is your Metagross and Scizor. Most (or all) steel types have Sp. Atk that is insignificant to thier attack, so slap on an Adamant nature and sweep. As for your items, people usually say not to use 10% boost items (such as Charcol, Sharp Beak, etc.) and Hax Items (Bright Powder, Scope Lens, etc.) I think that the Hax items could be of some use, it got me out of a few jams in the frontier, but the 10% items are a no-no. The only items that are of significant use on your team are the Leftovers. So.. grab some berries if you can.
