;398; Welcome to Pokemon Empire! Since nobody has heard of it, let me explain the rules for you. The competitors are shipped to an unknown island and split into 3 tribes. There, they must complete tasks set by the tribe leaders, with each tribe doing different tasks. The winners of the tasks will be offered points that can be used to buy prizes, the points based on how hard what they chose to do was. Every third day, all of the tribes do a task together. The winner of that task will nominate one Pokemon from each losing tribe and one of the nominated Pokemon is voted as an offering to the volcano on the island (basically be killed) as the natives believe that if it doesn't get an offering it will erupt and destroy the island. The last Pokemon left wins, and is rescued from the island (if two tribes are all killed, the remaining Pokemon from the last tribe will all be rescued). 18 Pokemon will be accepted, with 6 in each tribe plus the native leader. My name is Marco, and I'll be keeping you up to date with the happenings on this mysterious island. With that, I'm out.

To play, when a task is announced you must PM me what you wish for your Pokemon to do to win the task. You have a free choice, so you can choose to do anything you want without going over the top. If you take a risk, you could either fail or succeed and win more points to spend on prizes, depending on how big a risk you took. If you fail, there is a large chance that you will be hurt (all Pokemon have 100 HP). Whether you succeed or not will be decided by RNG. In the PM, remember to include your Pokemon's name, and if you are in control of 2 Pokemon put their actions in different paragraphs. Example:

To steal the flag from the fortress, Bob will climb through the trees then land by the fortress and take the flag.

In some tasks, teams are involved, so you may discuss with the people on your team what to do, and chose a representative to PM me. In the task involving all of the tribes, when the winner nominates they must choose one from each losing tribe and provide reasons that aren't "Because I don't like them" or something stupid like that. You must provide reasons when voting one of them off as well.

Defensive/Restoring Prizes:
Oran Berry: Restores 10 HP, costs 1 point
Sitrus Berry: Restores 50 HP, costs 2 points
Full Restore:Fully restores HP, costs 3 points
Leftovers: Restores 10 HP every day, costs 6 points
Wooden Shield: Protects from damage once, costs 3 points
Stone Shield: Protects from damage twice, costs 4 points
Steel Shield: Protects from damage 3 times, costs 5 points

Offensive Prizes:
Flame Orb: Burns the Pokemon that you choose to use it on (burns last for 5 days, and do 12 damage each day), fire types are immune to burns, costs 8 points
Pea Shooter: Has 5 peas, each does 5 damage, costs 3 points
Water Gun: Can shoot 4 times, does 8 damage, water types are immune, double damage to fire types, costs 4 points
Spear: One time use only, will do 20 damage to whoever/whatever you throw it at, costs 6 points

RULES:
1) Follow all SPPf rules
2) You may nominate 2 contestants, but if you do it's likely only one will get through
3) Sign ups will last for a certain amount of time, and once they end I will chose 18 of the nominated Pokemon
4) If you don't contribute for 3 tasks in a row you will be modkilled and replaced with a nominee who didn't qualify
5) It is optional to include a diary entry in the PM to me, and if yours is chosen to be posted on the thread, you could win immunity for the elimination task
6) A maximum of 9 sign-ups for each tribe can be submitted
7) Anyone can vote

Personality: He is a simple Machop with a simple goal, to become the strongest Pokemon ever! He is tough and never gives up, like any true fighter. It seems that the more he trains the more confident and arrogant he becomes. Blinded by pride, he has challenged some fighters too strong for him, and he has gotten beat up pretty badly. This has lead to him recovering faster than more Pokemon and also feeling less pain too. It also seems that every time he has gotten beaten, he has come out of it stronger once he is healed.

Preferred tribe: I ain't give any horseapples as to what I get, as long as it's somethin' that ya'all would like.

Personality: Venus is the most honest and reliable Pokémon there is, with no smart mouth. She is extreamly honest and will tell her most honest judgement or statement, even if she doesn't like it. She comes from down south and speaks in a Southern Accent (Howdy Pardner!). She lives on the countryside and owns a farm. She has a younger sister and an older brother who run the farm, along with her grandma. Her mom and dad died due to age a long time ago, and it's hard for Venus. Venus is very athletic and always wears this leather cowgirl cap that's fireproof. She has freckles on both sides of her face. Her two hind legs are very tough, and she calls it 'bucking'. If you don't know what that is, Google it. Venus isn't modern and calls telephones and all that stuff 'fancy smansy'. She enjoys a friendly competition and will take the leader podium. She dislikes girls who are all sophisticated and isn't afraid to get down and dirty. Normally kind and compassionate, if someone upsets her of is rude to her, she'll be rude back. She dislikes cheaters, but will become a cheater herself if she comes across one. She has a talent for cooking and selling her products, but her little sister gets in the way of that all the time. She has a natural ability for herding stuff. She likes to work in a team and will tell someone off if they are not cooperating. She's stubborn and wants to do something herself a long time ago, thinking she could harvest her entire orchard. She learned her lesson, however, that some tasks, help is required. She is the best in her family for making cider (a type of beer) and likes to use it when celebrating. She can make cider out of anything, really, even mud. It somehow always tastes good, however. She usually uses fruits, then she uses types of herbs that are commonly acquired in forests according to the local witchdoctor. She then uses a type of leaves that is always found on tree's, but you need to know where to look.

Personality: Leila is the adventurous one, always poking her nose into somewhere it doesn't belong. She is naturally curious, and will constantly get into trouble. Because of that, though, she has nearly perfected the hit-and-run technique. Leila also has a very quick reaction time and is rarely taken by surprise because of all the weird things that have happened due to her curiosity. She is also not scared very easily, but is very bad at fighting hand-to-hand (or paw-to paw).

Personality: Quiz is a very quiet fellow who is constantly analyzing every situation and can come up with a quick solution to most problems. However, his lack of limbs usually makes him unable to solve most problems and thus he will use people as pawns in order to get his work done. This might make him seem heartless but he is actually compassionate and will only ask people to do a task if he feels like they want to do it and are able to do it. He wants to be known as the brain of his team and help them to victory. His number one fear is that people don't listen to him and take him seriously if he already knows how to solve a task.

Personality: Riley, though quiet, aims to be a winner. He knows his boundaries, yet he always seeks to overcome them. This can lead to rash decisions, and so Riley considers himself somewhat of an adrenaline junkie. He secretly loves being put in a tight spot so that he can put both his mind and body to work and discover a way to victory. Riley doesn't work extremely well in groups, preferring the company of few.

Personality: Instead of fighting or analyzing every detail, Kimbra uses her camouflage to spy on others, then uses what she learns against them. She doesn't say much, but she does more than plenty. She also can be rather cocky, knowing she can turn invisible to escape, but that couldn't backfire. Could it?

Personality: Guru Nirvana is a very calm and rational indiviual. His growing up as a Guru has taught him many words of wisdom, and Guru will says these in times that call for them. Guru is also quite the capable indivual fighting wise, however, his creed and mantra forbade him using his hands in senseless violence, and will only fight when needed.

She's sweet to her friends, and normally helps them with whatever they need done, and she'll put others before herself, because of her Nature. She does however, have another side. Due to her nature, if you cross her, she will hunt you down, and avenge her fallen comrades. This sheer unstoppable determination will make her go through any challenge to avenge her comrades, even ones she has only known briefly, all in all, she's a over-all sweet women who loves her friends more than anything.

Personality: Zero is an aloof Spiritomb, who accomplishes his goals in very unorthodox yet effective manners, though he might rope in some unfortunate victims people. While he doesn't show it, he is very competitive and does his best to win. He is also often found snacking whenever he is bored.

His personal live includes listening to parody songs, like Rucka Rucka Ali. In solider life he knows how to claim land. Instead of fun games like tag and hide and seek games when he was a child he played Air Soft Capture the Flag and Paintball Capture the Flag. He knows many strategies, weapons, maps, etc. He can take apart a gun and put it back together in 10 minutes. He is good at the following positions in war. Sniper, Riot Control, Naval Missions, Air Force.

Personality: Passionate for the French, Claudine speaks in a fake french accent, cooks french cuisine (except escargots: she hates that) and uses a few french phrases from time to time. She considers her closest friends her 'little babies', as she calls them, due to her motherly instinct that, well, derives from her want to have babies. Though, mess with her 'little babies', and, well, hell hath no fury.

Preferred tribe: Uh...whitchever?

Personality: Jupiter is Venus's little sister who has not the slightest idea what her talent is. She's no good at anything (at least to her, if you want to know, her special talent is craft) , and formed a group called 'The Cutie Mark Crusaders', pokemon who have yet to know what they're special talent is. She's good to get what she wants by charming with puppy eyes, and speaks in a very vague South-American Accent (Same as Venus's, just more Vague). Her sister is very protective of her, and she really dislikes that. She believes she's being treated as a baby, and wanted to put a stop to it. She was the one who helped the town see a local zebra wasn't n evil enchantress, just a kindly old potion-brewer. She became friends with the witchocter after that. She's contranly getting bullied by a dodo (Which is techniclly two pokemon), but is getting used to it. She's taken the 'Cutie Mark Crusaders' extreamly far, far enough to almost be turned to stone and see Changelings attack the main capitol. Her two friends are a Glameow called Show Stopper, and the other is a Snivy called Race Track. She's very naive and outrageous, never looking before she leaps. She has a lot of sacrasm and likes to joke around a lot. Her big sister is always treating her like she's five, and she doesn't like it one bit. She's school-age, and Race Track / Show Stopper have followed her here in order to find out what her special talent is.
