You don't get Dive on FR/LG. But you can always trade a Dive HM (it's worthless on FR/LG anyways).

Don't worry about Dive. Just do what Mega Trickster said, but when you do it is still worthless.

Ok sorry It said on one of the guides on the internet that you could get dive on FR & LG and you would need it to finnish the game!?!?!?!?!?!?!
