This will be for a teacher. Hope that's alright, and sorry this is late, had trouble trying to decide what kind of character to create.
Name: Jonathan Walker
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Appearance: Standing 6'4" and having a considerably strong muscular build, it isn't too much of a surprise that Jonathan is a physical education and fitness teacher, having plenty of experience with weight training, athletics, and other sports-related activities. Jonathan also has blue eyes and his orange-colored hair in the form of a buzz-cut, and looks very much like a military drill Sergeant, and as many students know, tends to talk and act like one, calling students that don't apply themselves belittling names. Meanwhile, he has a tan skin complexion from many hours of outside activities. He also has firm, strong hands, and a stern and adamant face that rarely seems to ever smile, unless in cases of sarcasm.
For clothing, Jonathan usually wears a black tank-top, which reveals his six-pack abs and the rest of his muscle build. Meanwhile, he wears gray cargo pants and black army boots. On his hands, he wears black, fingerless biker gloves, which are a bit worn from overuse.
In essence, it seems quite difficult to tell Jonathan is a gijinka, and several students get the impression he isn't one. While his Pokémon is a Raichu, there is very limited resemblance between him and the electric rodent, save for his short orange hair, and for the fact that Jonathan's Raichu is actually pretty tough and very endurable much like his trainer, though there are no real features that solidly confirm that Walker is a Raichu gijinka, such as a Raichu's ears, tail, or and so on. While Jonathan doesn't have his Pokémon's electric attacks, he definitely has his speed, although it's open for debate whether that really is a trait from being a Raichu gijinka, or whether he simply trained himself to achieve such speed. Because Walker's background is mostly a mystery he never talks about, not too many people at the academy know for sure.
Personality: Gruff, firm, and willed, Jonathan Walker has absolutely no patience for laziness or incompetence. While he has the capabilities to turn a flabby, doughboy gijinka into a capable warrior, the process is on the verge of agonizing for a student's spirit and self-esteem. As Walker's personal motto, students will either learn to bend, or they will break. Students that have benefited from Walker's training will testify he's one of the best teachers when it comes to physical education and training, but he's hard and very testy. While Walker will never physically harm another student unless provoked to do so, his words cut like sharpened steel, and he doesn't feel a ounce of guilt for even putting down an incapable student to the point of tears.
Other teachers have mixed opinions on Walker, feeling while he's exceptional at training students that direly want to get stronger and are willing to tolerate Walker's icy attitude, students that just want a normal P.E. class of basketball or simple beginner weight training have a rough and miserable time with Walker's almost impossible expectations. Regardless, despite teacher conversations, Walker shows no sign of "letting up" on his students, stressing that a strong and reliable physical education program is essential, especially for gijinkas who one day may need to defend themselves. Teachers at the academy find it very hard to argue against this, so they allow Walker's practices to continue.
History: Born to a military family, Walker, even from his days of childhood, greatly aspired to become a fighter pilot and joint the Sinnoh Air Force. For years, he took part in many sports teams, knowing the training and exercise he would get from there would greatly help him pass the preliminary examinations needed to become a pilot.
Jonathan didn't do much as a trainer, even with the Raichu that had become his companion. Back when he first got his Pokémon, Raichu was a bit on the timid side, often questioning his surroundings and lack of certainty. However, Jonathan trained the Raichu alongside him, often exercising the Raichu in ways that Pokémon never get trained in, such as lifting weights, swimming, climbing, and pulling heavy loads.
Walker's dream to become a pilot was successful for a few years, as Walker performed well at the military academy, and would have become a successful and skilled pilot if it wasn't for one glaring fault the military only realized several years later. Walker was colorblind, a visual defect that according to Sinnoh military regulation, would prohibit him from being able to fly fighter planes. Upon realizing this, Walker became enraged, and nearly caused himself to get hit with a dishonorable discharge for his actions, although the Major who was in charge of the academy waved the charges against Walker out of sympathy. Regardless, Walker's dream was crushed to pieces, made him bitter, and forced him to find another line of work.
Shortly learning after Walker's situation, it was there that a gijinka that Walker knew, a man named Connor Hills, presented him with the opportunity to work at the academy. While Connor was convinced Walker was a fellow gijinka of a Raichu, it was somewhat debatable, although the academy was convinced from Hills's claims it was true. Between Walker and the Raichu, there were a few minor similarities, though it was possible these were a combination of coincidences and because of the two undergoing the same kind of rigorous physical training.
Pokemon: Raichu
Abilities:
Agility: Seemingly like a Raichu, Walker has the ability to run at fast paces, and for long periods of time. It may or may not be a result of his gijinka status, or his own training.
Swagger: Walker has the ability to affect the mental state of those that challenge him with his demeanor, often resulting in enemies being consumed by blind rage which in turn leads to costly mistakes.
Reversal: A physical blow that Walker can deliver after taking on a lot of punishment. The more Walker has been hurt, the more his adrenaline seems to run, resulting in devastating physical blows.
Slam: Another powerful physical blow that Walker is capable of delivering. Again, there is question as to whether this attack bares resemblance to the Pokémon move, or whether it's simply a physical combat move Walker obtained through training.
Other: Walker has requested that his background remain strictly confidential to the students and faculty of the academy, as his reasons for being discharged from the Sinnoh Air Force are rather humiliating to him.
Pokémon Sign up
Name: Axel
Species: Raichu
Gender: Male
Appearance: Axel actually bears a lot of resemblance to his trainer due to high levels of physical training. Because Axel has been the only Pokémon that Walker has trained, he's been essentially trained that many times over plus extensive military-grade training as opposed to being spread out over a group of Pokémon. Meanwhile, Axel has mastered exercises, physical activities, and tests that most Pokémon would be totally lost in.
Personality: Axel is conceited, quite arrogant for a Pokémon and many would regard him as a bully, although he will only act like this when it means pushing a fellow Pokémon out of laziness and lack of wanting to apply themselves to become a die-hard, angry Pokémon that wants to show the arrogant Raichu they are capable of performing his demands and expectations. In light of this, Axel won't jab and nip at another Pokémon's nerves off of the training arena just to get sadistic pleasure out of it. But like his trainer, among Pokémon, he can be like a drill sergeant and does an effective job at weeding out the strong and determined from the timid and the fearful.
