I picked Marowak. I can even think of a moveset:

B-Bonemerang. Throws bone like boomerang, based on actual move
^B-Bonicopter. Uses bone as helicopter, NOT based on actual move
vB-Magnitude. Hits ground with bone to send out shockwaves with a random radius to damage enemies, Marowak can't actually use it in the RPG.
>B-Bone Rush. Combo move like the one marth does, based on actual move.

Final smash- Earthquake. Leaps into air, slams back to ground bone first sending out massive shockwaves. Anyone on the ground takes massive damage and the ground near the impact site is permanently contorted until the end of the battle. Based on actual move.

I can Imagine it using Sky Upper cut as a B Up move!

Also, it's final smash can be Fire blitz or something.

I don't know, I hear they balanced lots of characters. I'm sure Mewtwo would've been modified so it was actually useable.

I mean seriously, Lucario? Why Lucario?

I was tempted to say that smash didn't need anymore... It's just selfish to ask for anything cooler than Lucario... But Infernape ftw!
