Does completing the Peculiar Ponyta request unlock encountering other shinies &, if so, how do I activate it?
I’ve beaten Kleavor & Lilligant and I’ve completed as many requests as possible, but it doesn’t show up on the board for some reason

The Request for the Shiny Panyta should show up while doing to the first area, not sure when but it pooped up for me at some point before Kleavor. Make sure ya at least encounter Ponyta as some request require you've seen the mon first.
Not sure about unlocking shinies but your chance of finding does go up the more complete your data on them are, it seem pretty high when all task on mon is done.
