Pokemon Levels?

hey in the anime, it might totally not follow the game, so what level do you think Ash's pokemon are? you gotta think pikachu is the highest maybe 50's? i think sceptile is more than just 32 along with bulbasaur/squirtle/cydaquill are more than level 16? what do you guys think? all his pokemon. here are my thoughts:

Sceptile-41
Donphan-34
Swellow-37
Corphish-29
Glalie-30 (snorunt evolves at 42, dont think hes that high)
Torkoal- 28
Bulbasaur-25
Bayleef-25
Cyndaquill-19

CHARIZARD- 45(gotta be high come on)

I dunno, it's really hard to figure out levels for the Pokemon in the anime... Pikachu coulda been level 100 seasons ago, but it keeps on getting stronger. It's way too confusing to get a good grip on it, but I guess it doesn't hurt to guess/pretend.

......I've seen so many of these topics since ive been on this board. Levels in the anime do exsist but not as a number. They have to give them number levels in the game so you can see how much theyve grown and how strong they are. They dont calculate how much experience a pokemon gets for winning in the anime either. Even when pokemon lose in the anime they get experience, unlike in the game. How can they not get experience if they lose, there is more to losing than winning sometimes. In the anime levels are judge by how many battles its been in, how long its been trained and it skills at battling. Like youd say Ash's Pikachu is at a higher level then a starter pokemon since its been around longer, has a lot more battle and life experience. Its not all about numbers. I dont think theyve ever mentioned number levels in the anime but have mentioned levels.

I was frozen today!
The only time numeric levels were mentioned in the anime was in the ninth episode, "The Pokémon Ensured-Victory Manual". And that was early on in the show's history, before they'd ironed out all the rules of the anime universe in relation to the games. The idea's been long since abandoned on the show.

S/He clearly states that they ask what level you think they are <<

Come on, Pikachu has to be a higher level than Charizard. [SPOIL]Just because it took down an Articuno doesn't make it gain loads of levels.[/SPOIL]

And I have clearly stated that it's a moot point, because LEVELS DON'T EXIST IN THE ANIME.

Screw it. I should have learned long ago that there's no way to sway the opinions of a "Pokémon" fanatic.

They already know levels don't exist! They're asking if they do, what level they'd be.

Hmm... I think those levels are a little higher than it's suppose to be... Sceptile is already lvl. 50?

I don't think they have levels.Because a strong pokemon may lose against weak pokemon sometimes.Like pikachu losing to Casey's Chikorita.

Well... You don't have to reach a certain level to evolve in anime. I mean Ash's Charmeleon evolved into Charizard not much after it evolved from Charmander. Sometimes it can evolve when it's angry/mad/desperate, etc.

My wild guess here:

Pikachu-45 (I mean, it must have leveled up a lot just from beating Team Rocket 1000 times)
Bulbasaur- 35 (Bulbasaur was as strong as Maganium)
Squirtle-35 (Constant training with other Squirtles)
Charizard-60 (A lot of training, a couple of opponents like Harrision mention that Charizard is at high level)
Kingler-28 (Ash rarely used Kingler)
Tauros-25 (Well, at least Tauros does run around in Oak's garden everyday)
Muk-25 (Not used a lot)
Snorlax-34 (Snorlax was used here and there)
Heracross- 30 (Pretty strong, so this is my guess)
Bayleef-25 (This one's not easy to guess)
Cyndaquil- 20
Totodile-20
Noctowl-30
Donphan-25
Swellow-30
Sceptile-35
Corphish-28
Torkoal-20
Glalie-20

Well, those are my guesses. But levels don't mean a lot in anime.
