Job(on the island): Decided to be the monster of the island, since the old one moved out when we came in. Seriously, pretty much in every island movie, there's a monster. I think Monroe is the one for the job ;)

How they act: Monroe is nice at heart, but he has to earn his living by being a monster, so he scares a lot of Pokemon. Most Pokemon are terrified by him, and others who know him aren't scared at all. He's HUGE for his age, since he decided he needed to eat healthily to be a giant monster.
