I'd rather be a Pokemon Master over a Gym Leader. I don't have one particular type that I like over any other, so I think traveling, catching Pokemon I meet, and battling to get stronger would be a lot more fun than just hanging around a gym all day waiting for people to challenge me.

Considering that a Master is a rather Vgue term, I'd rather go with Gym Leader.

I mean, we're not actually restricted to one Type to use (Blue, Theme, Stat, etc.)

I would choose to be a Champion (guessing that's what Master means here).

Simple reason: I want to continue my journey.
The world of Pokémon is vast, and I would want to spend all my time into training my Pokémon more and exploring the world with them.

Being a Gym Leader would mean me being stuck in one place. Boring, don't you think? :p
