Pokemon Naruto Transformations

[Sasuke]

Well, I've always liked Naruto and Pokemon so I thought, "Hey! Why not combine them?" I'm a new spriter and I've got some tutorials from my friends who sprite. Currently these are my first sprites so I hope they're good!

wow i really like sasuke sprites and well they look Nice. For a biggginer spriter you are tottally good.

I <3 this idea, Sasuke. I've always loved both Naruto and Sasuke too. The Sasuke sprite looks pretty sweet, cept his hair looks kinda big in my opinion. Same thing with the ov sprites. Try making the hair a little smaller. I tried doing a Hinata sprite yesterday, but it turned out weird...lol

Thanks but lets not go off topic. You could make his Sharingan(however you spell it) on his hand so it can be shown.

lol, I tried to do a Naruto one but it came out bad, I'll probably try again tomorrow. And I'll try and edit the hair

I agree with people. The Sasuke sprite is awesome, IMO. And yes, you should do more since you're obivously good for a beginner. =)

It's pretty good but his hair is way too big/poofy. It may be just me and my style, but maybe take a *little* black off of the outline.
The overworlds aren't too bad either.

Alright. A lot of people are saying things about the hair so I guess I'll edit that some.

The hair is definetly too poofy, and lacks dimension. Hair is shaded differently than other objects, to give it that hair-ish look to it. I mean, sure these aren't bad, and are definetly "good for a beginner", but they lack shading almost all over the sprite. You use default black on your sprite, which is also a no-no.

From here I suggest you do something a little more complex than adding hair. I know this isn't Naturo, but try a simple mix of sprites, such as Pikachu and Vulpix.

Awesome Sasuke sprite! ^^ But, the only thing that bothers me is his hair... ^^; Anyway, great job! The overworlds look awesome too. ^^

You remember when Naruto drew his finger's threw Hinata's blood after her match and declared revenge for her on Neji? (i dont remember exactly if it was revenge though XD) Well, i think the sprite you used for Sasuke would look good if he was transformed into Naruto for that reason. But thats me.

Anyway, the Sasuke sprite looks well done for a beginner. You should do me ^^

I hope (and you as well) to make a Gai-sensei and a Rock Lee sprite (i got an idea for the Rock Lee sprite) someday XD

Thanks for all the comments, I'll try and get the hair...un-poofy...and take out some of the black with...not-black. =P I'll probably have it up tomorrow since I had to unexpectedly go somewhere today >> And maybe I'll have some more characters.

wow sasuke your thread is very big. Well i just got bored and i just wanna show you that i made naruto sprites to but i am sure your 's is more better.

I see you kind of took a different approach at the headband than me. lol I think tomorrow I'll have some Naruto stuff up, oh and if you guys are wondering that Sasuke sprite was edited from the FRLG Gary Sprite. HEAVILY EDITED. lol Pretty much all that's left is the pose and some shading =P
