I have been looking for the base stats of the Pokemon when you play level balance on Netbattle. I have searched all through Smogon's website including the Smogon forums and all through tvsian.com and other well known Pokemon websites and I even did a quick google search. I could not find them so I got a calculator and figure them out myself. It did not take as long as I thought. I do not battle competitevly a lot on level balance but I do occasionally and I know people who do. I am sur out of the few thousand members on this forums someone else would also like to know the base stats for all the Pokemon on level balance. I understand that this will be of no use to a lot of people though. The base stats are done a different way to the way that Nintendo do their base stats so you will find that the numbers tend to be a lot lower than Ninendo's. This list is still perfectly suitable for comparing Pokemon to each other. The HP stat is done on a different scale than the other stats (just like Nintendo did) but this should not be confusing. You can probably find this somewhere else but I will post it here anyway because it took me ages to find...

Dugtrio 9 20 12 12 17 30 (the not so rsky version of Diglett. Dugtrio can occasionally last strong hits and his attack is almost as high as Diglett's. He can't counter ninjask so well though.)
Meowth 14 16 12 14 14 31 (Another very fast pokemon. Not too bad overall, and rather common competitively)
Persian 15 16 14 15 15 26 (Slower, but lasts longer than Meowth. He still has the same attack stat.)
Psyduck 16 16 15 20 16 17 (The same as Golduck but with lower defense and higher special attack. better for 2nd or 3rd generation battling)
Golduck 16 16 16 19 16 17 (Great for 1st gen. battling if you are using the Amnesia moveset. Not much else really, Psyduck is better otherwize...)
Mankey 13 26 11 11 15 23 (Preffered over Primape due to better physical sweeping stats. He has one of the highest attack stats so beware.)

Poliwrath 18 17 19 14 18 14 (A lot slower than its preevos. it also tanks better as you can see.)
Abra 8 6 5 34 18 29 (Very extreme stats, yet again. Superb Sp.Attk and Speed. Terrible physicals and HP. Probably the best special sweeper)
Kadabra 10 9 8 30 18 26 (If you play safe you will probably find that Alakazam>Kadabra>Abra. If you play risky it will be the other way round. If you are not sure use Kadabra. His stats are not so extreme.)
Alakazam 11 10 9 28 17 24 (His defense is still very low but he is fast and will hopefully KO the opponent before Alakazam gets KOed.)
Machop 23 26 16 11 11 11 (Nicely balanced with a good attack stat. He is not all that fast but his is not an 'Abra or Carvanha' type sweeper.)
Machoke 20 25 17 12 15 11 (Similar to Machop really. IMO Macop>Machoke)
Machamp 18 26 16 13 17 11 (Again, Machamp is very similar to its preevolutions. Machamp can actually survive some 'Psychic' attacks which is good)
Bellsprou 17 25 12 23 10 13 (Bellsprout is better for sweeping than its evolutions and the Oddish line although Bellossom is also a good choice.)
Weepinb 17 23 13 22 12 14 (Weepinbell is simply a more defensive Bellsprout and he is faster, but has less attacking stats. Bellsprout is your best bet.)
Victreebe 17 22 14 21 13 15 (Again, Victreebel is a more defensive Weepinbel. Victreebel is not used very often though...)
Tentacoo 12 12 10 15 30 21 (A fantastic special wall. He has two special weaknesses, psychic and Electric. He is also fast enough to beat the common fire-types easily)
