Hardly ever shown? Dunsparce, Gardevoir, Sharpedo ring a bell.
Never shown? Only Porygon2 has never been showcased in the anime.

I never liked Pikachu's original "fat" design, actually. The slimmer look that he has now allows for much more dynamic animation of the character.

Most people say it's paranoia after the Electric Soldier Porygon Seizure Rave incident, but really, noone knows for sure. It could stand to at least appear in a contest or something.......

That's because it only had one filler in Johto and one or two, "blink and you miss them" cameos.

Lets see.....well, I have never seen a Dunsparce, Porygon 2, Gardevoir(with good reason actually), and I don't think I have seen Feebas(correct me if I'm wrong)

Porygon and Porygon2 are some of the best Pokemon, but they feel they will get in trouble for showing Porygon or Porygon2 because of the seizure thing. Porygon and Dratini haven't been shown I don't think in the dub because of the two banned episodes. And a few legendaries haven't appeared:
Moltres - appeared in "Power of One" and in the Chronicles episode "Search For a Legend" and was mentioned in many episodes of the show but has never actually appeared in the show
Mewtwo - appeared in "Mewtwo Strikes Back" and "Mewtwo Returns" but when seen in anime episode "Battle For the Badge", was seen in a suit so we could not see all of him
Mew - appeared in "Mewtwo Strikes Back" and "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew" but never in the show
Celebi - appeared in "Celebi, Voice if the Forest" and Chronicles episode "Celebi and Joy" and will appear in a season 9 episode, but so far hasn't appeared though
Regirock - appeared in "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew" and will appear in a season 9 episode, but so far hasn't appeared though

I still think it's utter bullcrap that they choose not to show Porygon again or Porygon 2 just because of seizures that it didn't cause (Hell, Pikachu was the one blasting the damn missiles). Porygon was just floating around in the middle of all of it. I guess the anime producers are afraid it'd bring in bad memories to the viewers, but still...
Also, a message to the anime producers of Pocket Monsters at Shogakukan....
Nokocchi, Doble, Samehadaa, and Saanaito.
Been quite a handful of episodes since they last appeared. Esspecially Nokocchi.

Sorta' idiotic list to make, don't you think? Of course, they're legendary Pokemon, so it's only common sense that they won't appear as much as other Pokemon.dragonboy said:

I cat understand that, but, I've seen the episode (and was seizure free through the entire thing) and Porygon was not the cause of the explosions that cause the siezures, it was Pikachu's thunder attacks hitting missiles which then resulted in blue and red flashing. With that in mind I see no reason for Porygon 2 to not be shown, except for the fact that it's a huge lump of smelly crap.

Question if Porygon2 isn't shown because of the Porygon incident, then how come Smoochum has been shown even with all that BS about Jynx being an African. They even banned a couple of Jynx episodes when it wasn't until last month that they snapped out the daze? ;025;
