GameShark, but we can't talk about that.
Find someone with them and trade.
Send it to Nintendo HQ of your country.

to get ho-oh....
u snag all the shadow pokemon in pokemon colosseum and purify them..... then u have to goto the collosseum mode and register ur in-game pokemon and use them to beat all 100 trainers.... then ho-oh is automatically transfered to the game side of colosseum

to get lugia.....
snag it from the boss in pokemon xd

to get jirachi......
either get it from pokemon channel i believe it was or from the pre-order disc that some people got from colosseum

to get celebi.....
snag and purify all the shadow pokes on a JAPANESE version of colosseum, and then load the preorder disc that came from a preorder on the JAPANESE version of colosseum. DL celebi to a japanese version of a GBA game and then trae from the japanese game to ur american one

to get Deoxys...
only obtainable by gettin a ticket from nintendo

mew: snag and purify all shadow pokemon on pokemon colleseum and trade a groudon to colleseum, then beat mt.battle in story mode with latios, latias and celebi, and then go to the relic stone in agate to find lv.100 mew, it will not attack you so simply put it to sleep and get it on red health and capture it.

29. Q1: How do I get Deoxys/Lugia/Ho-oh/Mew/Celebi/Jirachi?
Q2: How do I get to Islands 8 and 9?

A: Deoxys and Lugia/Ho-oh are obtainable only by special Tickets (the Aurora and Mystic Tickets, respectively), which are given out by Wonderspot (see question 26 for more info).

The Aurora Ticket (for Deoxys, on Island 8) was given out at Pokemon Rocks America and at the Pokemon Center in NYC for a few days sometime last year.

The Mystic Ticket (for Lugia/Ho-oh, on Island 9) was given out at the opening of the Nintendo World Store, and at the San Diego Comic Con, Wizard World Chicago, and the Pokemon World Championships 2005. It is now available at Pokemon Rocks America 2005. You can also get Ho-oh in Colosseum, and Lugia in XD.

Jirachi was available through a bonus disc you got when you preordered Colosseum. It can also be obtained from the PAL version of Pokemon Channel. These two only work with R/S, however, so you’ll need to transfer the Jirachi to R/S and then trade to FR/LG.

Celebi has only been released in Japan as well, through their Colosseum Bonus Disc.

Mew can be obtained on Emerald, through the Old Sea Chart item, but this is another Wonderspot Pokemon that has not been released in the US yet.

I will add info on events as I get it. Please note that I'm not putting up info on events outside the US, as there are a bunch of them and it's hard to keep track.

The FAQs are a wonderous thing.
