• Hi all
Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

Pokemon of Famous People from History

Atratus

I don't know why, but a few days ago I had the following thought:
"If pokemon were real, Jesus would have had a Heracross."

Maybe it's because of the cross in the name, but I imagine Heracross would have helped Jesus with carpentry. Maybe would even Megahorn the cross.

But that got me thinking - what pokemon would suit other famous people from history?

Parfum Palace actually is implied to be based on his palace.

It has four statue-hedges: Pyroar, Chandelure, Solrock, and an unidentified one, along with statues of Reshiram and Zekrom. Solrock represents the Sun, Chandelure and Pyroar represent royalty. The fourth one is rumoured to be Furfou, since they are said to have been guardians of the king, and the fact that the hedge resembles a certain fur cut in appearance.

Montezuma, king of Aztecs, would have a Volcarona and a Rayquaza.

I feel like He would have a Surskit. It's a very calm and gentile Pokemon, and can also 'walk' on water.

I also liked making teams for famous people when I was a kid. I once gave George Washington a Rapidash and Cherrim (due to the old story)

Prince Manaphy

I like Empoleon too.
Theodore Roosevelt would Have a Pony Pokemon, Because he loved to ride horses.

According to Pikachusident's Day (years ago in Cartoon Network), they said that Theodore Roosevelt used Lucario's aura in the Spanish American War to charge at the enemy at the Battle of San Juan Hill.

And that FDR had Dialga so that he could ride on it. xD

For me, any Chinese emperor should have an Arcanine. Cause Arcanine is from China and is a Legendary Pokemon (species name).

Happy Holidays!
Well, Satoshi Tajiri would have an Arceus because he created Pokemon like Arceus created the Pokemon world.
