Sorry, I haven't been able to c&c lately. School prioritizes me...

Ho-oh: ... Banding. It's when you layer shades paralell to the outline so that it replicates the outline as a shade. When you shade, you should probably not trace the outline as a shade, but shade it to a source of light. By banding, you really aren't shading it, but literally "banding" shades of layers next to the outline, creating an ugly effect. The lightsource is fairly inconsistant, and there is some unnecessary dithering in the pixelart. Green really needs hue shifting, as the colors are horrid [especially the lightest shade of green].

@Jigglypuff: Needs smoother outline, it's really jagged. The outline color needs much more contrast, as it's too light. Needs anti-aliasing too.
