Yeah i heard it was included, but then i heard you had to get it from a special event.

It's available with a event so far, maybe it's even available without an event. I would wait before buying Ranger..

Not to mini-mod, but please look at this section of the forums. There's already a thread based upon people trying to find the way to crack the Manaphy event code and a thread with 'used and tried' codes to unlock the event.
