Another five years have passed since Orre was first rid of Cipher, but five years before this RP, Cipher rose and fell again, and now, they are back again. Miror B., a Cipher Admin from 10 years ago, became their new leader, and all new Cipher Admins have been hired, as well as Cipher Peons. This also means new Shadow Pokemon. You can either be against cipher, or join Cipher (you get your Shadow Pokemon from Miror B), you are a new Trainer. (Miror B is a needed character!) The Under and Pyrite Cave have returned, along with all the ares in Pokemon XD. You star out with 6 unevolved Pokemon (Cipher members can also have a shadow Pokemon, Peons having one or two, Admins have at least 1, and no more than 4, and Miror B can have as many as he wants) Also, Pokemon evolve after a number of battles, and you can snag Shadow Pokemon, and you can purify them. But only with my permission, okay? Good guys start in the HQ lab, and Cipher members start on the newly Funked up (no pun intended) Citadark Isle, and progress throughout the rp.

Why has Miror B returned to being an admin, after he left in the first place and showed no interest in returning for their second revival?

This is unlikely, since the Under was buried in XD and the cave blocked off. What happened to ONBS station?

You have too much detail in this it's hard to read and make out the important bits. You should always seperae the plot for information. How many pokemon people can have should be listed AFTER the blank sign up sheet.

You can wear anything you want, so what is your character wearing? If you've not seen the official art of the GSC Hero it's very difficult to see what he is wearing. Describe. And parents killed looking for revenge is so cliché can't you think of anything else?

Just who is Miror B.? When you post an RPG, you have to always assume the people don't know about the games or shows you constantly base them on. I've only played Pokemon Colloseum once, and I've never played XD. So, I haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about. Elaborate. I also have no idea what this guy's like. Is he rude? Merciless? Pure Evil? Dark but respectful? Elaborate.

This also means new Shadow Pokemon.

I know I gave vague details on Shadow Pokemon in my RP, Ris eof Team Dark, but you need to atleast give everyone an idea of what seperates them from your average Pokemon. Elaborate.

I think I might be able to answer that. Personally, I think that he is kept here as example. Think about it: If people keep entering these, they will see what NOT to do with an RP. If no bad RPs cropped up, nobody would know firsthand what to avoid. However, his record as far as referrals and bans goes is clean. That needs fixing. If my above theory of exaple-ness is inaccurate, Razor probably just is good deep down, or keeps forgetting to close the account.

an evil team of unruly, careless fiends who capture Pokemon just to seal their heats from all kind... but an amazing defeat by a young boy who capture ALL Shadow Pokemon, who are Pokemon who's heart was sealed off and now are used only for fighting purposes and then Purified or opened their hearts... With that defeat, the 2nd Admin leader fleed.

"Meteor" is about 5'10" and a little chuby. He has black hair with a white front hair. He always wears a blue visor with a black trench coat. He, also always wears dark blue pants and wears, sometimes, a white shirt, which can also be balce, blue or red. He has red shoes which are sometimes look whiteish. Lastly, he always has he Castform out and on his sholder.
History: Meteor is an insipiring Meteorologist (hense the name Metoer). He origionally was born in the Hoenn region, and recieved his Castform at the age of 4. But at the age of 7, he was stolen at the Weather Institute, along with his and other Castforms by Snattle, a recent Cipher Admin, at the time. He was then transported to Phenac, Orre and locked up in an abandoned house, when Snattle was trying to take over Phenac. Snattle was defeated and forgot about Meteor, so, he was left there alone. 3 weeks later, Meteor was discover in there, surviving on rain water, from Casform, and then realeased. He was sent to a foster home in Gataleon Port. Now, 6 years later, he found out that Cipher is back, now he wants MAJOR revenge.
Personallity: Meteor is a jumpy preteen due to the event that happened 6 years ago. With his companion Castform, he can get through a lot of stuff. He is very revengeful. Now he seeks revenge on Cipher.
