Yonowaru in Chaos: It must be mamoswine. Its tusks are made of ice, and piano keys used to be made of elephant tusks. I don't know much about mamoswine, but I'm guessing it must have been poached in the anime (dubbed episodes take for-freakin'-ever to reach Canada, so I wouldn't know) and it evolves in that frozen place, correct? I don't know if it's a coast, as I've never been there, but it's a guess.

Octoboy, it isn't Gligar. The the last two lines, however, do refer to a TM. Spinda seems too much like Chocolate Theory. In your new riddle, do the meadow and cliffs refer to the Flower Paradise and Route 224? The Flower Paradise is a meadow, and Route 224 is near a cliff.
