Ok here are the rules and everything:
RULES:
1:You may only have 3 pokemon that you start out with.All pokemon are at Lv.30 and stay at lv30.(Also Pokemon cannot evolve unless you use an Evoberry on it,then it will be evolved to its next stage no matter what the conditions.
2:Only single battling aloud,no double battles unless its a multi battle(2 people against 2 people)
3:You can be a good trainer or a Team Rocket grunt,your choice.
4:There is no Condition(Paralyze,Sleep,etc.) also you start out with 3000$
5:All pokemon start out with 200 HP.When you use a move,you have to know how much damage that move does to use it.There is no critical hit. If you use a move on a pokemon when the attack is the attacked pokemons weakness, It does double damage.
6:When you get a pokemon from the wild(must be in basic form,no single evo pokemon can be caught in the wild(absol,tropius,etc.),you can have it put up for sale for how ever much money you want it.

Once you are done with that,you can start to RP.
RPG IDEA:You are in Saffron City,A city in the Kanto region with many buildings and streets. Team Rocket is also wandering the city. You can battle any trainer you want. There is also a Pokemon Center and a Pokemon Mart.At a pokemon mart you can buy anything from the following list:
Pokeball:200$(catches a pokemon down to 1/4 HP)
Great Ball:600$(catches a pokemon down to 1/2 HP)
Ultra Ball:1200$(catches a pokemon down to 3/4 HP)
Any other ball(Repeat,Nest,Net,etc.):500$
Potion:200$(heals 20 HP)
Super potion:600$(heals 60 HP)
Hyper Potion:1200$(heals 200 HP)
EvoBerry:4000$(evolves pokemon to next stage no matter what the conditions)
(You can be a travelling salesman with any of these items with the same cost).(After you buy something,you must how much money you have remaining.)
At a pokemon center you can have pokemon in your pc and you can heal your pokemon there.

Itachi was walking through the streets of Saffron City,no trainers or Rockets were present yet. He carried a suitcase which has a paper on it that said:
Pokeball:200$
Great ball:600$
Potion:200$
Super Potion:600$
He just kept walking,pokeballs in pocket,waiting for trainers to arrive. It was day time, his pokemon were fully healed and ready for battle with anybody.He went to the PokeMart and bought 1 Great Ball.(-600$.RE:2400$)
