Saying Heracross weak is pretty redundant, as every team has problems with it, if they manage to outpredict you;

I think BB is kinda pointless on mence; it´s not like Snorlax will stay in or it will switch on you. Hydro pump could go there if you dislike FB/RS

I like max HP on DDtar when using Sub, since I've seen some Blisseys that are dumb enough to stay in and S-toss it, and since 101 Subs won't brake in one hit, it means a free setup. Also, HP EVs give it better Def (as well as SDef) than Def EVs would iirc, so putting 144 EVs from Def into HP would be quite useful imo.
