~Pokemon Sprite Tournament~
Want to take a rest from contests? The Pokemon Sprite Tournament is a tournament which will comprise 32 contestants. It will be starting on a to-be-announced date in either June or July of 2006. Entries are subjected to be accepted in May [possibly the 1st May, 2006].
The purpose of this thread is to notify the public of the requirements to enter this contest. Below are the requirements:
-One revamped or one devamped sprite. Try to put much effort into your sprite as you may go against either a devamped or revamped sprite.
-One mixed or one re-elemented sprite. Once again, try to put much effort into your sprite as you may go against either a mixed or re-elemented sprite.
-One custom-made or one re-posed sprite. Pay keen attention to this category's name. It may prove to be worth it. Once again [finally], try to put much effort into your sprite, as you may go against an opponent with a different sprite.
If I manage to get 32 entrants, they will be paired and those pairs will go against each other to make it to 16 entrants left. They will be going agaisnt each other [in pairs] to make 8. Then to 4. Then to 2 and then the winner [1]
You are allowed to change your sprites, but only when I declare so.
Sprites should only be associated with Pokemon and should fit in a 70 x 70 size.
You must enter your sprites on one sheet in the order that the categories are list. First category is Revamp/Devamp, Second is Mixed/Re-elemented and Third is Scratch/Re-pose. If these rules are not adhered to, you may be banned/disqualified from the tournament [I am being to strict because it will be another problem to get 32 entrants when alot more might want to enter and also for time's sake]. Try to be prepared to enter your sprites for the:
5th May, 2006 12:00 PM [mid-day] || My Time Zone is GMT -4
*So try to work out something if you want to enter*
The contestants will be paired with the compliments of http://www.random.org
You are free to ask questions in this thread only. Comments are also welcome.
