After the war, Silverlake city was reconstructed, most people came back but also gangsters and criminals from other towns ran to Silverlake, now the town is a chaos and people need someone to protect them. They need the Superheroes.

You are a superhero that has had a tough life and want to make justice in the world. Knowing that Silverlake needed protection you came fast to help

Hero Description:
A guy in a black Magma uniform with Houndoom horns.

PKMN (with descriptions):
Houndoom: His devilish appearance can make anyone run. And his great power can also scare any pokemon.
Marowak: His skull head can be used to scare people as they might think a pokémon skeleton is following them.
Metagross: Perfect for mind cotrolling, also his deep, red eyes glowing in darkness can make anyone scare the hell out themselves.
Salamence: A Dragon that can be used for following criminals by air. He is also very powerful at battle.
Dusclops: His ability to run across the walls can be used to stop a criminal trying to escape desperately.
Glalie: His devil face form can make any bad guy cry thinking that the devil himself is watching him.

History:
As a kid he ran from his house escaping from the war, he lived with a Houndour until he found another city, he heard that the war had stopped and also heard that Silverlake, his hometown, was now a chaos; full of gangsters and criminals. He mainly uses fear against his enemies.

pokemon: gardevoir (It uses it's psychic poweres to destroy criminals minds.)
espeon ( uses its charm to distract enemys and then put them to sleep.)
mr.mime (distracts them,then builds inviible box around criminals.)
xatu (traks enymies by air)
chimecho (attaches itself to trees so it look like a wind chime then attacks)
slowking (confuses enemies with it huge vocabulary the teleports to jail)

histiory: He used to live in Silverlake city when he was 10 but then had to move to mossdeep city were he got his powers
and pokemon.He turned psychic by playing with liz&tate.

Thats a plot? Dude, you need to read the rules. You have an idea, but you don't have the plot. A plot needs to be as long and as detailed as possible if you even dream of getting any members to join.

After what war? What and where is Silverlake city. You certainly need to explain what this war was and why it occured and furthermore why they decided to recontruct the city. Why did these gangs and criminals run to the city after its reconstruction? You would think that after rebuldingt he city that there would be more crime watch. Why all of a sudden have superhero's come into existance?

Now, two lines does not make a plot. A plot needs to be at least a few paragraphs long to have enough detail to explain what the members of the RPG needs to do. Now you explain that they are a superhero, but again you need to state how superhero's have come into existance, I don't recall there being Pokemon superhero's in the anime. And its not neccesserily true that the members have had a tough life, heck their superhero's they could ahve had the time of their lives. How exactly did they learn of the city's dilema? I very much doubt that they just appeard and found hte city in chaos at exactly the same time, how have these superhero's come together?

Okay, so now you don't have superpowers? But you have this awesome team of Pokemon? You should ahve explained that in the plot, you lead even me into believing that you had superpowers before reading this. And how is it that onyl you lot have super great pokemon capable of defeating everything that gets in your way, that is a little far fetched, don't you think?

So if you still want to carry this out, then I suggest you concider the points I have stated and then PM it to me or another mod so that we can approve it for you.
