I kinda like Leon lol.
I still have 1 day left before it hits my store. Am I gonna have to start avoiding this thread? x.x
Damnnit.Most likely, unless u don’t mind spoilers.
I usually like theatrical characters, but everything he does looks a bit forced and fake to me, especially his poses and smiles.I kinda like Leon lol.
Damnnit.
Welp, looks like I'm poofing from here then. I'll see you guys when I have the game in my hands, will be a lot more active then.
I kinda delved into dex spoilers (squinty eyes) and I saw Vikavolt and thought "I wonder where you have to evolve Charjabug", click Vikavolt and was shocked (pardon the pun) to find that they changed it to being a stone evo, guess that bloke thinking you need a stone to evolve Charjabug in the anime (EDIT: Hayate was his name) is less of an idiot now.
On that tangent, I then figured that the Magnemite and Nosepass lines were cut because of Vikavolt's change in evo method.
You're right. They completely ditched location based evolutions, likely because they got tired of having to shove a magnetic area, an ice rock, and a mossy rock into every region so they decided to retcon all location based evolutions into stone evolutions.
It was not blown out of proportion.Chuffed to hear the hate was blown out of proportion as expected.
I'm so jealous of the people who can play the game already still another 8 hours for me...
Speak for yourself; 13 hours for me and by then I will be in bed. It'll be about 20 hours before I start playing.I'm so jealous of the people who can play the game already still another 8 hours for me...
How are they non docked? It's the only way I'm playing due to possible warping issues with the Switch being docked.Bought on the Australian eshop.
Opinions so far:
- I like Hop better than Hau, but i find Leon incredibly annoying.
- Even though the graphics are far prettier docked (the characters look a bit off when it is not docked except for the cutscenes), i will be mainly playing it on the non docked version because i prefer playing it on the go.
- The first part of the game doesn't force tutorials on you like SM did.
- The routes seem very linear and narrow so far. Like people said before, it doesn't look like there is too much to explore.
