pokemon that arent in brawl

yeah I wish there were more pkmn in brawl like:

Sceptile- Leaf Blade. attacking everyone by dashing towards them (like Scizzor in Melee)
Baltoy- Sandstorm- attacking everyone by using little damage in the storm
Whismer- Hyper Voice- see above
Marshtomp- Muddy Water- like piplup's surf but stays on the field when reaches edge of stage
Corphish- Bubblebeam- using attack by launching bubbles in a verticle motion from both sides
Plusle & Minun- helping hand- using it to increase all attacks
Walrein- Ice Ball- every time it attacks it gain more power
Hariyama- Arm Thrust- like piplups surf, but slower
Staraptor- Brave Bird- like the dragoon but you dont choose where it attacks
Mime Jr.- Mimic- mimics everything the user does
Carnivine- Power Whip- uses attack and launch oppenents off the stage

No he isn't. The only thing that they are similar in are their neutral b moves.

Pachirusiu- Discharge- attacks everyone with parlyzed for several seconds

Luxray: Uses Spark, runs straight at an enemy.
Lopunny: Uses Return, hit an enemy closes to it with a hip-drop.
Milotic: Uses Ice Beam, a beam hits straight forward, freezing them.
Flygon: Uses Dragon Claw, flys across the screen, damaging enemies in its way.
Drapion: Uses Poison Jab, moves towards an enemy, and strikes.
Golem: Uses Expolsion, it... explodes?
Ampharos: Uses Thundershock, starts creating a field of electricity, anyone caught in it takes electrical damage.
Aggron: Uses Shadow Claw, slices with its claws.
Abra: Uses Teleport, changes the stage to a random one.
Roserade: Uses Grass Knot, whips it vines around, hitting enemies.

Absol- Flash- flashes so no one can see

Skitty- Assist- using anyone special B move on the field randomly
Nosepass- Lock-on-locks on to nearest oppenent and all attacks made are a direct hit

I have suddenly noticed that no first to second generation Pokemon are being mentioned as "should be in Brawl" such as:

Ampharos: Electrocutes the platform, shocking anyone who comes in contact with it for about 3 seconds.
Dewgong: Same as above, except freezes the platform, making it slippery.
Ninetails: Sweeps the platform with flames.
Forretress: Scatters big Spikes
Steelix: Goes up the screen and throws rocks downwards
Scizor,Raikou,Zapdos,Articuno,Unown,Porygon2,Cyndaquil,Chansey: BRING THEM BACK!!!!!!

The only 4th gen pokemon I want is Rhyperior, who throws a huge boulder upwards, jumps up and smashes it with Rock Wrecker, shooting rocks in different directions.
