...but that were screwed by Nintendo -_-;;

Are there any Pokémon that you really, really like, but you abstain yourself from using them because they're just too bad? I mean, Nintendo has made stupid choices before (i.e. not giving Dragon type to Gyarados) but that hasn't completely ruined it -Gyarados is strong despite its Flying type.

On the other hand, Pokémon like Mightyena, Delcatty, Corsola, Noctowl, Sableye, and Furret, who look really cool, aren't. And it's really a shame, because they have great looks, but their battling is bad, no matter how you look at it. For me, Delcatty is the greatest dissapointment -_-;; I love cats and Nintendo or whoever it was made it the biggest crap ever -poor thing can't take a hit. I realize not every Pokemon can be strong, but I never said I wanted Delcatty to be strong like Slaking; I just wanted her and other Pokes to be USABLE. As in, decent/average battlers. *sighs* >=(

Dunsparce - It was soooo damn rare in GSC. When I finally caught one for my team, I was disappointed.

Murkrow - Seeing how late it was available in GSC, I thought it HAD to be good. The defences ruined it though.

Farfetch'd - Looked so cool...but has worse stats than a Pidgeotto.

HAHAHAHAHA! ok, dunesparce is by far, the most annoying pokmeon in tha game

Dunesparce use body slam, because of serene grace, paralized
dunesparce used headbutt, because of serene grace, flinched
dunesparce used headbutt, because of serene grace, flinched
dunesparce used headbutt, because of serene grace, flinched
dead
opponent sends out ghost pokemon OH NOES
Dunesparces awsome attack bring the ghost down with shadow ball, spl def down cuz of SG
Dune finishes with ice beam

a real pain in UU or in the battle frontier, I love my dunsparcio in colliseum, and my Dunegurl in FR

oh, and poor shedinja... such a waste

Umbreon-one of my absolute favorites, but I can't use it cause it can't even beat a shroomish of the same level in one hit

Absol-another one of my favorites, but it gets KO'd way too easy

Sneasel-same as with absol

Ivyon;082;

Silver Raven

Pure Pwnage
Delibird: so damn rare but it only move it can learn itself is present that can also heal the opponent.

Nidoking/Queen: Great stats but can learn only 1 move. 2 in lg/fr. and i hate to waste tms

Delcatty/Wigglytuff/clefable: only can learn 4 bad moves. same as above

Ive said it before and I'll say it again,
Kingdra my favorite Pokemon, and it blows! It's stats aren't very good ,and it has a terrible movepol, and after all the hard work I did to breed a Horsea that had Dragonbreath, and find a Dragon Scale from a Bagon, and Kingdra sucks!
Also Absol, it looks really cool, but it can't take a hit, or dish it out, sad to say.

Mightyena - Swords' Dance and higher base Attack plz. Stupid Linoone getting all the moves -.-

AJ Flibble

Emohawk
Dewgong - where are you moves, can you see them, because I can't.

Noctowl should have been WAY better than it is, it should have had higher Attack IMO and/or Hypnosis should be more accurate.

Yeah, and Delibird as well. Gold gets Gligar, we get Delibird. That's fair...

Murkrow. Great movepool it can do nothing with because of the defenses.

Entei. The Opposite. Really, great attack stat but can't even learn EQ, Rock Slide, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Brick Break or any other semi-useful attacking move. God i'm ******.

Dragonfree

Just me
Shedinja is the most awesome idea ever. Wonder Guard just lets way too many things past it... Come on, Sandstorm, confusion, poisoning, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Crunch... there is no way in hell you'll ever find yourself in a battle where the opponent has none of those.

Shedinja does come in handy against Steven's Metagross in R/S, though.

Hey, I use Mightyena. It's good on my team.

But you'll all laugh at me because if anything has even the tiniest stat flaw or isn't completely perfect, and flawlessly EV trained, it's instantly useless and horrible. Perfectionists. You take all the fun out of the game. I use it because IT WORKS. And I don't really do competitive battling, so you can't bug me about that.

:p

Forever learning!
I was going to talk about Delcatty, but since the first poster said it all... I still have mine in my team, though. She has Dig and Secret Power, which makes her handy... But yeah, her stats could be soooo much better...

Hmm, I'd have to say Misdreavus. Good looks, attacks... But poor stats. Whenever I tried using one, it ended up fainting too soon. Sure, it has Destiny Bond, but I'm not a big fan of that move... Then again, I don't go much beyond in-game battling(no people to battle besides the NPCs), so I may not be fully aware of the move's potential... But yeah, I say Misdreavus.

*clears throat*

First off, Nidoking and Nidoqueen aren't that helpless/useless. And they have a HUGE movepool. I don't know what you're talking about o_O.

Second, Clefable ROCKS. Seriously. Try using one WITH A GOOD NATURE. And a good moveset. Don't give it physical attacks or it will suck for sure, unless it has Belly Drum and adamant nature. With Delcatty I agree. As for Wiggly, he's not all that bad. Really. Not as good as Clefable, but kinda decent nontheless. It doesn't go too far, though. After the Elite 4, 'tis done for. It shouldn't be used in, say, the Battle Frontier, unless you're very confident it can take it :p.

In fact, nintendo was smart in leaving him part Flying. In R/B/Y,if he was part Dragon,he would have NO weaknesses, since the only Dragon Move was Dragon Rage and it has set damage. In G/S/C,Dragonbreath appered, but its plain weak.

Wow, if only Nintendo gave everything 999 stats in every field, then nobody would complain about the game being silly or unfair. Because making everything super powerful and perfect is just SO sensible.

And would every idiot crying over Gyarados look at the bigger picture not just their fantasies of Ruby and Sapphire. Putting a Water/Dragon type in RBY would have been absured. Way to put a pokemon with a massive type resistance into a game.

Wow, first thing I said, and, voilà, first thing you mention. If I recall correctly, I never said I wanted these Pokemon to have 999 stats in every field; I simply said Nintendo could have made them decent.

Yepz, I recalled it correctly. If you still don't get it, how about this: 70 HP, 65 Att, 65 Def, 55 SA, 55 SD and 70 Speed doesn't do justice for poor Delcatty. It's an EVOLVED Pokémon, for crying out loud.

I've never played RBY, and I really could care less about it. Screw the game and the weaknesses -it looks like a friggin' dragon, not like something that can soar the skies, for it has no wings to start with, and puh-lease, don't even mention it can use its fins to fly, Mantine-style, because we both know it can't =P.

Azurill! #$%&!! >P

I know it's a baby Pokemon, but even Pichu can be at least somewhat decent if you train it well enough. But Azurill.. Why does something so adorable have to be the weakest Pokemon in history? ...And don't say anything about Magickarp. That fish may not have any good attacks, but it's stats aren't nearly as cruddy as Azurill's. ;P

Anyways, Azurill would be my favorite Normal type if it weren't for those stats.
