Pokemon that don't evolve

I know, no one is forcing you to evolve them. These new evos you usually have to trade or teach a move or level up with an item. If you dont like the evolution, no one is forcing you to evolve them. And its really hard to find the items to evolve those guys anyways

pokemon need a pre-evo form, or their baby selves won't look right (Kangaskahnhatches with a pouch and a baby alrdy there !)
They did show a pokemon the looks young, then looks mature, Mewtwo (He is mew's clone, so he was so cute as a baby, but now, HE UGLY)
Pokemon should all have a baby change or at least size changes, or it's wrong...

Who would want a Mantine pre evo?! Sures its cute and adorable but its kinda hard to evolve
Piloswine was lacking
Rhydon was still good imo
Tangela...eh im not going to beat a dead horse (or a UU one for that matter)

I would love to see a evo for some more mediocre pokemon, like

Illumise
Volbeat
Farfetche'd (i swear for one year i forgot about him, and as soon as he popped up in XD, i was wondering what was that)
Dunsparce
Skarmory (sue me, i never liked it)
Whishcash
Luvdisc ( i can beat it with a pokemon 10 levels below it)

I wouyldn't mind if there was such a thing called fusion evolution where you fuse two pokemon of different species but have major connections (ex: solrock and Lunatone, Manene and bonsly, plusle and minun) together to create a superior being! Like in Digimon!

Togekiss? Its a strong pokemon, look at its stats. You can use it against your friends. Togetic isn't that strong and nobody used it to serious battles. Now, thanx to Togekiss, Togetic and Togepi have a chance and some trainers probably will use it.
I agree with you that some pokemon don't need evolution and their evolution isn't necessary. I don't understand why Rhydon got next form or Porygon2. They could live without next form.

Porygon2 to PorygonZ is very like Scyther to Scizor with a bit of stat re-arrangement. Whatever the case, PorygonZ is one of my favourite new Pokemon. And PorygonZ has a highest base stat total then Porygon2, unlike Scyther and Scizor.

Rhydon really didn't need to evolve though. Should have just given Rhydon Hard Rock IMO.

Magneton was a great Skarmory killer. But it couldn't do much else. It didn't need an evo, but it was good it got one, especially as Jibacoil is another of my favourite Pokemon. I've always had a soft spot for that line.

Variation I suppose. Having a Pokemon as a single stage has it's charms too.

Say, if anybody's noticed, many of the Pokémon who ger evolutions in the 4th generation are somewhat slower. This goes for Tangela to Mojanbo, Murkrow to Donkarasu, Magneton to Jibacoil, Electabuzz to Elekible, and Magmar to Buuburn. So there's still a potential benefit to not evolving some of these guys.

I don't know why they didn't make a Perap and pachirisu evo, it's so easy to design them. If they have the guts to call Floasel a new POkemon then they can make a big Perap with angry face.

i like pokemon that evolve more than ones that dont because i feel like they are stronger (im not a huge trainer with like ev's and stuff so i dont really pay attention its just IMO that they are stronger lol =P) and anyways it might be harder to ahve like 800 pokemon without evo's while u could have about 265 pokemon with a pre-evo and an final evo

I think that all of the pokemon should have an evolution. Isn't that one of the basis' of pkmn, how they evolve? Plus, most of the pkmn that don't evolve are weak (in stats), like sableye and mawile, for example. They should definantly get an evolution

Dude not all pokemon need to be strong, there needs to be weak pokemon just like in real life there neede to be weak people and animals
